Intérieur correct sans fioriture.Emplacement favorable, mais je conseille de bien situer les petites rues avoisinantes,beaucoup en sens uniques, ce qui permet de savoir où se stationner.La situation de la location au départ est à revoir. Bien située par rapport au parc fenestre qui est une merveille.Enfin : rapport qualité prix : rien à redire.
