Welcome to this charming little furnished house located in L'Épine, on the beautiful island of Noirmoutier. Ideally situated just 500 metres from the beach and 700 metres from the village centre, everything can be easily done on foot or by bicycle. Fully equipped, the accommodation can comfortably accommodate up to 3 travellers. You will enjoy a closed and flowery garden, with garden furniture and barbecue for your outdoor meals. Swimming, water activities and bicycle rides will punctuate your holidays.



Enter through the entrance door and discover a pleasant room with access to the garden. The fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher) allows you to cook as if you were at home. For your breakfasts, you will find a kettle, a toaster and a filter coffee maker. You can share your meals around the indoor dining table or enjoy the one in the garden on beautiful days. In the evening, gather in the living area, comfortably seated in the armchairs or on the sofa. A television is also available.
