This pretty villa enjoys good comfort and is functional. Outside, you can enjoy a nice private pool, a garden and a stone barbecue to enjoy your meals outdoors. It is located in the quiet residential area of Las tres Calas.

American kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, fridge - freezer, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker). 1 double bedroom en suite (with 1 double bed and air conditioning). 1 double bedroom (with 1 double bed). 1 double bedroom (with 2 single beds). 1 bathroom (with toilet). 1 shower room (with toilet).
Equipment: Washing machine, iron. Air conditioning: in the living room and in one of the bedrooms.
Outside: Garden with gravel of about 450 m². Barbecue built in stone. Private pool (about 25 m²) with Roman stairs and outdoor shower.
