It is located on the ground floor and has a large terrace with outdoor furniture and a private garden, as well as a multitude of community spaces such as a swimming pool for adults and children, paddle tennis and pickleball court, basketball court, children's playground and small supermarket. The two bedrooms have a double bed and two single beds, in addition to a sofa bed for one guest in the living room. You will find two full bathrooms with shower, equipped kitchen, Nespresso coffee machine, air conditioning, heating, a smart TV with streaming service (Netflix), Wi-Fi throughout the establishment, free parking and sheets and towels included. Key collection takes place from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free apartment. At the check in you will be asked for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and the documentation. We don't accept groups under 25 years. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.
