Mais de nombreuses prestations payantes qui n'apparaissent pas de façon suffisamment visibles sur le site Hotel.com et que l'on dĂ©couvre Ă  la derniĂšre minute sans avoir pu s'organiser Ă  l'avance (mentionnĂ© tout Ă  la fin => on ne les avait pas vues) qui nous ont gĂąchĂ© l'arrivĂ©e Ă  la rĂ©sidence: draps payants, serviettes payantes non disponibles Ă  l'arrivĂ©e malgrĂ© notre demande (tardive), tĂ©lĂ© payante, mĂ©nage payant Ă  la fin du sĂ©jour + pas de papier toilettes et wifi uniquement Ă  la rĂ©ception ce qui n'est pas mentionnĂ© sur Hotel.com. Nous n'avons jamais pu nous connecter Ă  internet depuis le wifi de la rĂ©ception qui n'est pas ouverte tous les jours ce qui n'est pas trĂšs pratique. Si ces diffĂ©rents Ă©lĂ©ments avaient Ă©tĂ© plus visibles sur le site nous n'aurions pas choisi cette rĂ©sidence. En cumulant tous les frais additionnels (+ frais administratifs de 44€ non visibles Ă  la rĂ©servation sur Hotel.com) cela augmente sensiblement la facture qui nous paraissait raisonnable au dĂ©part. Geste commercial de la rĂ©sidence pour l'absence de serviettes et de papier toilette Ă  l'arrivĂ©e .
