Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, the entire home is ideal for families, groups and guests traveling with pets. Four bedrooms are equipped with one double bed, one single bed and two futons, prepared according to the number of guests. Built by Sekisui Heim with a strong lightweight steel structure, the home offers air conditioning throughout, toilets on both floors, a spacious bathtub and a Panasonic system kitchen. Amenities include free Wi-Fi, washer, dishwasher, rice cooker, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, cookware and tableware. Free on-site parking and an EV charger are available. AEON Mall Kyoto Katsuragawa is within walking distance for shopping and dining, and both Kyoto and Osaka are easy to reach. Please note that stairs are required to access the second-floor bedrooms.
