The staff was absolutely professional. The gentleman who helped us at the front desk and spoke English was extremely helpful. My friend, who speaks Japanese and is aware of Japanese customs commented on how his behavior was something that you would find in really high-end Japanese hospitality service: a very deep bow and held it until the elevator door had closed. They were extremely accommodating in allowing us to store our luggage there several hours before and after check-in as we went about exploring the city beyond our check-in/check-out times. Would definitely stay there again.
