Lovely ryokan. Relatively easy to find. Good communications and excellent air conditioning during record heat wave in Kyoto. Beds and futons were wonderfully comfortable.
For Western travelers, be advised that dryers are not common, most Japanese will air dry, and such are the facilities here. Also, there was a nearby construction project that prevented balcony drying of our laundry.
