400 τετραγωνικα κηπο με παιδικό τραμπολίνο ,μπασκέτα , αλογάκι (χώρος για να παίζουν τα παιδιά ).
Υπάρχει χώρος και για πάρκινγκ δίπλα από τον κήπο.
Πολύ μεγάλες βεράντες μπροστά και πίσω.
