daha öncede kötü otel gördüm ama manzarası ve konumu bu kadar güzel olup da bu kadar kötü işletilen bir otel görmedim. az da para vermedik aslında, yemeği dışarda yemeyelim diye all inclusive 3 yetişkin bir çocuk 13500 TL verdik. girişte otopark sıkıntısı yaşadık, arabayı koyacak yer yoktu, yardımcı olan da olmadı. odaya girişte bel boy arkadaş verdiğimiz bahşişi az buldu sanırım, kaba bi üslupla bişeyler söylenip anahtarla priz arasına sıkıştırdı gitti parayı.4 kişilik oda diye gittiğimiz suit odaya koydukları ilave yatak spotçularda bile satılmıyor artık :( odada devamlı sigortalar atıyor. gece yarısı terlemiş bir şekilde uyanıyorsunuz. Tavan duşu doğru düzgün çalışmıyor, ahize duş oraya buraya dönüyor bir elinizle tutmak zorundasınız. havuzlar yeterince temiz değil, özellikle üst havuzun suyu berrak bile değil oraya girmedik bile. kahvaltı ve yemekler 3 yıldızlı otel kalitesinde. bimde satılan hazır adana kebap daha kalitelidir bu otelin servis ettiği adana kebabın yanında. Ama maalesef çokta fazla bi alternatifde yok. mezeler 3-4 günlük. dünden kalma üstü kurumuş domatesler en az 3 günlük peynirler, tüm kahvaltılıklar aynı şekilde. fotoğraf ekledim bakabilirsiniz. anlaşmalı plajınız var mı diye sordum, şu plajla anlaşmalıyız ama şezlonga vev şemsiye ücretlidir diyor.kısacası rezalet bi otel.kaybettiğimiz 2. oda anahtarı için 10 euro ceza ödedik, resepsiyondan deniz hanım güleryüzlü bi bayan ama çatır çatır aldı 170 TL yi, taş çatlasa 5 tl dir maaliyeti:( bi daha mı? asla

Sezon dışı Aralık ayında gittim. Otelde çok az misafir vardı. Buna rağmen hiç bir şey aksamadı. Çok az sayıda misafire rağmen sabah kahvaltısı gayet iyi hazırlanmıştı. Odalarda temizlik kusursuzdu. Çok memnun kaldık. Eğer denize bakan bir oda alırsanız manzara doyumsuz.

Öncelikle bizi otele girerken kimse karşılamadı. Resepsiyona geldiğimizde ne ateşimiz ölçüldü ne de bavullarımız dezenfekte edildi. Otel odasına eşlik eden bir eleman yoktu. Oda rutubet kokuyordu. Havuz otel büyüklüğüne göre küçük kaldı. Havuz alanında servis elemanı yoktu. Kendimiz gidip istedik. Oteldeki servis elemanları iyi niyetli fakat tecrübe olarak yetersizler. Sorun çözebilecek şef veya sorumlu düzeyinde birisiyle konakladığımız süresince karşılaşmadık.

Nach Corona Wiedereröffnung waren wir im Suhan für 3 Tage als Paar mit baby. Es war ziemlich leer mit uns ca. 10-15 weitere Gäste und dementsprechend haben Sie sich nicht so sehr um unsgekümmert. Frühstück war sehr sehr mager , war jeden tag gleich und es gab nichts besonderes. Da war mein Frühstück daheim viel viel besser. Der „Chef“ hatte seine Freunde eingeladen die auch im Hotel waren , sie waren sehr sehr laut und haben die Tage wo wir dort waren hauptsächlich alkoholisiert und laut bis nach Mitternacht. Sehr ungünstig mit Baby. Ich finde das Hotel verdient im großen und Ganzen diese Sternenanzahl nicht und ich finde dass wir für diesen Service viel zu viel gezahlt haben. Sehr Schade.. werde ich nicht nochmal besuchen.

Aussicht war sehr schön,Zimmern sind gross genug,Personal sehr sehr nett und entgegen kommend aber alles andere kann man vergessen.Wır sind als gruppe verreisst mit 14 personen.jeweıls 7Zimmer.Wir hatten alles gleıche probleme mıt Toıletten spülung, die lief nicht richtig.Onwohl ich schonmal beı meıner buchung extra wegen Aussıcht betont hatte und auch anrıef ,hatten sie mir eın Zimmer mit schlechten Aussıcht gebucht. Am 2. tag wurde mein zimmer geändert aber ich war mit meıner Aussicht immer nıch nıcht zufrıeden,obwohl sie die Etage und Zimmer die ich haben wollte ,leer hatten ,haben sie mir gesagt dass die etage nicht bennutzt wırd und die Zimmer auch belegt wären.wenn ich vorher extra nicht beton und extra mehr bezahlt hâtte.

Müşteri memnuniyetsizliği

Otel konumu itibariyle iyiydi ve odalar hem temiz hem de konforluydu. Ancak resepsiyondaki bazı görevlilerin fazla gevşek tavırları oldukça rahatsız ediciydi. Ayrıca karşı odamızda konaklayan kalabalık bir çocuk grubu sürekli gürültü yapıyordu. Gerek resepsiyonu arayarak gerekse bizzat çocukları uyararak rahatsızlığımızı belirtmiş olduğumuz halde durum değişmedi. Bunun üzerine odamızın değiştirilmesini talep ettik. Eşyalarımızın taşınacağını söyledikleri halde geç bir saatte otele geldiğimizde taşımadıklarını fark ettik ve mecburen eski odamızda kalmak zorunda kaldık. Dolayısıyla hizmet anlayışlarından ve kalitesinden hiç memnun kalmadık.

Im Zimmer fehlten Hinweise: wie funktioniert die Klimaanlage der Fernseher die Telfonanlage Zeiten Essen Spa und sonstigen Einrichtungen. Lobenswert; bekam am 2.Tag ein Behinderten gerechtes Zimmer, da Rollstuhlfahrerin.. Hatte dann gleich Schwierigkeiten mit einem Klappgriff, den ich hoch geklappt hatte, aber nicht mehr runterbekam. ---Ganz einfach; Griff hochziehen, dann war er Klappbar. Am 3.Tag kam mir bei Waschen der Waschtisch entgegegen. Konnte den auffangen und auf den Boden gleiten lassen, so daß er nicht zu Bruch ging. Hatte mich nicht aufgestützt. Sah dann, dass Befestigung lediglich mit 10 cm Dübeln befestigt war! Personal war sehr aufmerksam und Hilfsbereit Kann es sehr empfehlen. Essen köstlich, viel Gemüse und Obst.

Otelin genel hizmeti iyiydi. Ancak odamızda önceki kalan müşteriler tarafından sigara içilmiş, küller yerlerdeydi. Otelden ayrılırken mini bar sayımı yapılıyor.
