House sits on a slope/hill open plan section. Sit on the deck with amazing lake views, 10 minutes walk to the lake. Cosy lounge, retro kitchen 4 bedrooms, bathrooms one with bath and toilet, downstairs second bathroom with shower, toilet, laundry tub and washing machine. Tennis court and small park nearby. Steep drive way.
Basic television sky sport included. Large deck with great outdoor furniture.
