Great hotel for very reasonable rate!

A Surprisingly Wonderful Experience

We needed a room for a much needed rest after our flight from South Korea. After reviewing a few hotels in the area, I decided on the Borrman Hotel. I was glad to see that at night the place was well lit and was easy to find, and the greeter was there happily awaiting our arrival. The front desk checked us in quickly and with cheerfulness, even though it was 2:00am. The room was very modern and clean with “lots” of plugs for all of your devices (a real plus in my book) and the lighting, heating and bathroom plumbing was fantastic. I was very pleased again with the customer service at the front desk and what they lacked in language (English), they more than made up in warmth and friendliness. The bed mattress could have been a bit softer, but hey? This shouldn’t stop you from trying it out. I plan on coming back again with the family, it is worth the trip.

Great facility, staff has no English

Wonderful new facility close to the airport. The front desk staff was using Google Translate to communicate in English which wasn't really very effective. They were friendly and doing their best, but it was tough for us as we had no Chinese at all. Our fault for trying to get away without learning even the basics, but it would have been outstanding if we were better able to understand each other.

Nearby airport only 5 min by car

Good place to stay for early morning or late night flight. Hotel offers 24 hours airport pick up by calling them. But they don't speak English only Mandarin. Stuffs are nice. Room is clean.
