Thank you for staying at our hotel. We are very sorry, but it is a hotel rule that you cannot check in before 16:00 and that the breakfast time is 7:00. There was only one towel, so sorry for the inconvenience. I will do my best to prevent this from happening in the future. We look forward to seeing you again.
