部屋のキーが使えなくなって、風呂上がりに20分ほど待たされました。部屋に入れず、そのまま待たせられて、他の部屋の人も変な目で見られ、もう少し対応があってもいいと思ったし、お詫びもなく、原因もたまにありますと言われてびっくりです。
