Quite Bad

the receptionists (both morning and night shift) are not friendly at all, treating customers like they just wanna quickly get rid of anyone. the one handling me during check in typed in a few things and pass me the remote control and key without even bothering to inform the room number. the night shift girl was just simply annoyed at me for accidently moving their door stopper and i actually apologised out of courtesy but instead i get a very cold response and she was clearly annoyed. now what did i do wrong again? :( i stayed in many budget hotels before as a solo traveller and i know we cant expect much when paying only a small amount of money but hey, isnt being polite free? my first and last time staying here definitely! :((((

confirmed and paid but no room

Book and paid online..room and payment was confirmed by hotels.com and email but when try to check in there is no room available..staff told they overbooked my room and cannot find a replacement room even through their branches..fully dissapointed

Quiet, good location, seven 11 downstairs

Good for those who just want a simple place to stay over the night. Seven 11 is downstairs, so very convenient. Very near Pullman if you are attending meetings there. Near to waterfront too.

Nice hotel good location

All is great and the location is good. Need to improve on - to make sure the light at the stairs is working because it is very dark with no light. The rest, good and the staffs are super friendly. The room is comfortable and clean.
