Booked a 9 day stay. Loved it. Very nice staff very personalized. Special mention to staff at the Lounge on 12th. Thanks Afiq, Azam and Mustafar. Appreciate the very dedicated service no matter how busy you guys were. Also to Christopher, Umi and Mohan from the Zest Restaurant. And last but not least Noraldila the Duty Manager for making the stay just perfect and Shabbir for ensuring the event went smooth as planned :)You guys rock!.
The Stay at this hotel was beyond excellent. It's clean, huge, and the service is out of this world. The managers at Zest resturaunt (breakfast and dinner) made our whole trip that much better. I can honestly say our stay wouldn't have been the same without the staff. (Ask Christopher for his special juice) the rooms and clean and the decor is wonderful! I really would recommend staying here is you get the opportunity and it's walking distance from a huge malll!!! Our final night we got upgraded to suit lever with the beautiful lounge and free happy hour it was amazing❤️This place felt like a second home and I can't wait to return.
This property is a bit outside Kuala Lumpur city centre. The property recently finished up a renovation and looks wonderful. The staff are extremely polite and always welcome me back which I appreciate. I have stayed at this property for a total of 12 nights across 4 check ins in the past month. The only thing that I never understood was why at this hotel as a Gold Elite member I have never been offered an upgrade to a suite. They gentleman who I believe is the front desk day supervisor is extremely helpful and would like to personally thank him. Also great pool at the hotel.
I had some issues with my online booking. But one of the front officers shan sorted that out quickly and later explained it to me in detail. Further more I got a surprised birthday cake for the hotel too. The entire staff from the reception to the room service uphold the principles of customer experience closer to their hearts. They are friendly and humble in serving their customers.
stayed one night. room is a bit old. big hotel but we were there during raya weekend, not many guests around. service was good. free parking and nearby to new shopping mall. they have grounds for you to walk around, but most of the restaurants were closed during raya. breakfast buffet was ok. overall average place
It was on November 2016 when I went on a Business Trip to Kuala Lumpur. As our office sits on Kuala Lumpur's 'business district' I have chose Putrajaya Mariott as the hotel where I will stay for 2 weeks. Few points and observations: 1. Location: The hotel is located in IOI area in Putrajaya situated very near to IOI city mall. You can walk for 5 minutes to the mall though the hotel is providing free shuttle service every 30 minutes. 2. Hotel Room: i got the deluxe bedroom with breakfast for 2weeks of my stay. I have clearly indicated a king size bed and upon check in the room speaks for what the hotel has been advertising - it is really spacious. I got my king size bed and a sofa area with center table and my office desk. Really recommended for business travellers. 3. Ammenities: the hotel has a very inviting swimming pool located in between big and luscious greenery. They also boast their spa which provides Malaysia signature massage. They so have high speed internet access, 24hour concierge and lobby assistant, japanese and chinese restaurants as varieties, ATM, shops and bar with live band performances. 4. FOOD: i enjoyed 2 weeks of breakfast in Mariott as I am taking lunch and dinner either at the office or in the mall. So far, the foods were great having various options from western to continental to chinese, halal and local malay cuisine. I personally loved the pastries, local chicken broth soup, indian curry and fresh fruit juices! 5. Services: Mariott provides free shuttle service to IOI city mall with departure and arrival every 30 minutes. They also provide free shuttle to Cyberjaya (where most of the company offices are located) every 9 or 10am. They willo pick you up from your office as long as you have requested and reserved it via concierge. 6. Staff: wow, they are very accommodating and always smiling. They never failed to greet you with wonderful smile and always ready to either answer your questions pr provide you an assistance. Excellent! Overall, i must say, i am amazed with the service of Putrajaya Mariott and i highly recommend it especially to business travellers like me.
I always make sure to book here at Marriott Putrajaya because of the friendly and accomodating staff. They treat everyone with respect and like family! Nice seeing Christopher, Shiza, Eyda, and Shelly again at Zest! Always a pleasure! Thanks for taking care of me this week :)
Had a wonderful breakfast at zest..tq so much Mr chris for the tasty fresh juice..everyone here are so friendly..lots of food to enjoy everything is so tasty hope to see u guys again..will be back with my family for my next holiday..:
Quite an old hotel but with a premium rate, not worth staying there. Travellers should look for a newer hotel nearby like Le Meridien Hotel. If you have to pay a high rate, it is worth your money for a new hotel. People says that the restaurant food were excellent there but to me it is just average, not that outstanding at all. Old rooms, renovated but you could see some part are not really done well. I had a room with bad lighting.
Every morning we had signature fresh juice from Chris and his team members. My beauty queen enjoys the pancakes there and the noodle bar is my makeup artist favourite. And the half boiled eggs are tasteful as well. Thanks for wonderful breakfast! Love, from Team Myanmar
