Usually for my stay at any hotels, I'd look forward to the comfort of the rooms and also the breakfast in the morning. This experience I had today had definitely exceeded my expectations and worth writing a positive review for. I was at the Zest Restaurant for my breakfast at 6:30AM, I was among the first few guests to be seated. I was pleasantly greeted by Nelson Pillai who cheerfully led me to the fantastic breakfast spread; continental and asian delights. I had a great time trying all the freshly prepared food, their croissants were awesome; crisp and soft buttery french croissants you can smell them as they were freshly baked at that area. Their omelettes were freshly cooked and well made on the spot. Their porrigde was great too, I couldn't say enough how much I enjoyed it with the century eggs and braised peanuts. All were neatly placed, and easily comprehended. While seated, I was greeted by their friendly servers and also Christopher, probably the manager as he made an impression to me and how he carried himself professionally. He politely checked if I was okay, or if I needed anything. Also while my stay there, and enjoying the breakfast, he was attentive enough to notice that I had several servings of their freshly squeezed fruit juices (which was refreshing, by the way). He went the extra mile to make small talk to ask me of my stay in the hotel since I was seated alone, and offered me his very own signature blend of fruit juice with nicely placed slice of green apple as a presentation. It was perfect, I absolutely loved it! Such fabulous and personalised service! His gesture is greatly commendable, he never stop to smile to all guest who started to walk in for the breakfast hour, either to assist to prep a table for other guests, ushering them to their seats or even showing them to the various food stations. In fact, I've been watching all the other servers too, they were polite, attentive, anticipated the needs of others, efficient and always full of smiles; a consistent flow of great customer service from the breakfast team! Great food, great team of people who went out of their way to make the breakfast going smooth sailing for everyone on a Sunday morning since the break of dawn. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this hotel! Totally recommended, and I'll definitely be back here again! Thabk you!

a great variety of restaurants from all day dining to Japanese food, and good customer service received from hotel manager, Mark at Japanese restaurant and Roslina at Zest restaurant. they're consistently courteous & friendly at different parts of property. it's an enjoyable experience

I am staying room no. 860 last 15 days Room service and Hotel service which I have received is assume, I have really enjoyed last 15 days especially K Mohan, Anwar and Osman service and taken care for us entire 15 days for food arrangements is really very good service I have received.

We are from Shell checked in the hotel on 31st January 2018 and stayed till 15th Feb 2018, our stay at Putrajaya Marriott was awesome, specially their staff from room service Anwar, he helped us a lot getting our food in time and taking care of us, whenever we asked anything he served us with high quality. I am very happy with his excellent service that he has provided. I would always recommend to stay at Putrajaya Marriott.

First step into the hotel it has been an adventure....majestic building...good food.. Friendly servis, very helpfull when i have problem with my key card and coming down with fever.Great dinner serve by Anwar and love the cleanliness...

I've heard many good things about Marriott Putra Jaya and I can honestly say that I was not disappointed with the room. I got the deluxe double although it is a standard room, I was quite surprised with the space of the room and how elegant the details were. I requested for a romantic vibe so I am unsure if they will do the swan towel decos for each room. I'm very pleased with everything BUT the front desk. I was queuing for 20 minutes and I noticed that the staff served drinks to other foreign travellers or customers but none offered me, not that I was expecting but when everyone has a glass on their hand, it gets a little weird and quite unfair to be frank. I would also like to add that the staff on the front desk was very unprofessional. After getting my bill, as usual I walked away, and as I was walking I noticed she did not provide my room card. I had to signal her because she was assisting other customers. I believe these things could be avoided if they had proper trainings for their staff. Working under pressure is not an acceptable reason for being negligent towards your customers. Never have I encounter such an inattentive staff. As mentioned above, I was satisfied with everything else. Will I come back here? Probably, if they treat their customers equally doesn't matter if they're local or foreign and making sure that they train their staff properly to avoid confusion and error.

Close to airport with easy access. Themed entry with fountains has WOW! factor. Perfectly manicured surroundings with sensational swimming pool. Professionally operated as always by Marriott. Excellent service.

Warm, friendly and excellent services by the hotel staff... With extra miles services. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff at Zest All Dining Restaurant treated us like family, with charming warm smiles... Like the fresh fruit juices that being served. Great booster for your day😀 Well done to Christopher, Iqbal, Eyna, Suzy, Ida and the rest of the crew. Keep up the good job. Will come again, of course :)

We stayed at the Putrajaya Marriott for a few days during our Christmas vacation. The location was great for us b/c we did not want to go to city center in KL since we had a flight to catch in a few days. There's also a very big mall that the hotel offers shuttle service for which was helpful. The service here is up to Marriott standards and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. But the hotel itself has seen it's days. It's outdated and they haven't remodeled the spa since it was built. There are some remodeling being done in the lobby so perhaps after it's done it will be spectacular. The pool was very big and grand and my kids enjoyed it but is also outdated. The whole place needs to be updated and remodeled but regardless it was very clean and spacious.
