BREAKFAST! Not a Hilton breakfast!! It was horrible to say the least. ..No bacon, NO hash-browns, NO fresh bread, NO bananas (I guess a shortage in Malaysia!) and that's just the beginning! If you're right off the boat from Mumbai or Shanghai...then maybe it will suffice but for anyone else, it's the pits. To make matters worse, when I complained about the bacon and the amount of Indian food for breakfast instead of basics, they then brought me a chicken curry doza! OMG....that took the cake, shocking and actually quite funny. I WOULD NEVER STAY THERE A AGAIN.......The manager there has no idea of how to run a restaurant.....the salad bar without any cooling or ice under the lettuce...again, just unreal....so, so bad...
For a five star hotel you should have a business center for all and not only for the executive floors.
All of the employees were very approachable, friendly and always tried to help, I was there on a vacation and did not want to leave
Good hotel for business stay. Centrally located easy to commute to and from the hotel. Friendly staff always going out of their way to help.
Comfortable bed,fee eateries around the area,however, there were very few uberx drivers around the area in the morning which was kind of weird. Didn't get to check out the facilities such as steam room or the gym. Room needs improvement without the sudden sewage smell piercing through our nose in the middle of our stay.
