One of the worst in my entire life

Here’s a revised version of your review with improved clarity, grammar, and flow: One of the worst stays of my life. This experience completely ruined Genting Highlands for me. The listing photos are misleading—don’t be fooled. The rooms were dirty, smelled bad, and the staff, including security, were extremely rude. The worst part of this building is the elevator system. Every day, we waited over 40 minutes just to go down from the 12th floor because the elevators were slow, poorly programmed, and too small. One day, after getting exhausted from waiting, we decided to take the stairs with two kids and two strollers—only to find that the exit doors were locked. We had to climb five floors back up to find an open exit, only to end up waiting for the elevator again. On checkout day, knowing how difficult it would be to get an empty elevator with three large suitcases, two kids, and two strollers, we split up. I managed to get into a half-empty elevator with my luggage, but since it was going up first, it stopped at almost every floor before reaching the top (38th floor). The same thing happened on the way down—it stopped at every single floor. My family had to wait for another elevator and went through the same ordeal. I would never recommend this place to anyone visiting Genting Highlands.

Will stay again for attending concerts in genting

The check in queue took me 50minutes but once you get to the registration counter, it was fast and efficient. The unit itself was very nice, particularly enjoyed the wood floor. view of genting from master bedroom at night was clear. the drainage in the master shower was not great, water pooled a lot and went to sink area, and slight smell from the bathroom. bed was comfortable, and the living room was spacious
