The property offers exclusive access to three quarter mile of both banks and additional one half mile of frontage on the legendary Colorado River — a rare stretch of private water renowned for world-class trout fishing. This property is less than two hours from Denver and within an hour of seven premier ski resorts, which makes it an ideal place to stay year round.

This property is AMAZING! The hosts were very easy to communicate with, the houses were stunning and very cozy! And for the price it felt like the best kept secret in Colorado! Our group is already hoping to return next year and for years after! It’s cuter than the pictures even show! Summer or winter, this would be the perfect getaway for a family or group of friends!
