The room was spotless and the hotel smelt beautiful. Our room was on a quiet floor and our comfort level for rest was 10 out of 10. Maurycy (front desk) agent went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The spa are was lovely as well, I wish the pool was a bit more toasty but that's just my personal taste. The location was fabulous, just steps away from the square, shopping, carriage rides, restaurants and, more. I loved this hotel, so much so it made it to my top 5. I will stay here again for sure when visiting Krakow.

Lovely 5 star hotel in the heat of Krakow old town….Very nice room and super lovely bathroom…Everything is located around the hotel…Attractions, restaurants, cafes and supemarkets…. The spa and pool are amazing. I love the smell of the lobby and corridors… This hotel is a real gem and it has a history too.
