It was challenging when we were not sent the key safe code and had to chase this up at 11:30pm. Better checks could have prevented a stressful arrival.

Very good, but a few caveats

Excellent location in the heart of Krakow's Old Town. Many shops and dining options nearby. Our room faced the back, which made it quieter than front-facing rooms, but there was still noise from restaurant patios below our window. Closet could use more hangers; drying rack was a bit small. High-quality washing machine. Couldn't find detergent for the dishwasher. The staff was very helpful in helping us arrange pickup of our delayed luggage (which KLM delivered to LoftAffair's office). Because of the property's location, it is important to remember to close and lock the main door. We noticed that one tenant of the building (which houses apartments not owned by LoftAffair) left the door wide open a few times. One morning we found a homeless man snoozing on the third-floor landing; another morning there was a pool of what we presumed to be urine in the first-floor hall.

Stayed in apartment 1, end of August. Pros: Central location, spacious and historic apartment. Cons: Main bedrooms face the busiest street so quite noisy, no air conditioner, awful smell coming from bathrooms.

Nice BUT….

Do NOT stay here in the summer. We were on the 3rd floor with no a/c and no fans in 90 degree weather. The apartment was beautiful and in a great location but we couldn’t spend anytime there because it was so uncomfortable. The communication about check in was great and the team was responsive but not very accommodating. They said fans are by request only but when I requested one there were none available. Also, 2 written places said check out was 11 am when it is actually 10 am. I wish I could give a better rating

The property itself is beautifully decorated, modern, and was perfect for our stay in terms of location and amenities. That said, however we literally didn’t sleep for three nights in a row throughout the duration of our stay. Directly outside the hotel window is a nightclub that only awakens from about 11 PM to 5 AM (the sign upfront says it’s a hotel apartment, which is deceiving because behind it is a nightclub). They partied all night and the noise was almost unbearable. So as much as this property is an A+, we have to score this low and wish someone else had told us that we wouldn’t be able to sleep because of the noise. So we’re now doing that for you.

Excellent stay. Sometimes communicating while traveling is difficult. They sent a message saying let us know if you will be early. As we came in the evening it was touch and go hetting instructions ho get in. But with help from someone with lical calling we got in. Loved it and lication.

This was ideally situated within walking distance of all the local sightseeing places, the main square and plenty of places to eat and drinks. The property was spotless, the only thing i could fault was it was on the 3rd floor, so that was a struggle for 3 not so young women.
