Huge disappointment

Deluxe Apartment was one room only, really small, not very clean ( a lot of somebody`s hair), cleaners were very rude, when window is open you can`t sleep because of really loud noise 24/7, when you close the window you still can`t sleep because is so hot inside. Very close to Main train station and old town but so incredibly noisy. Never again!!!

Nice Apartment for a City Break

A good apartment as described in a handy location next to the main station and shopping centre. Within easy walking distance of the old town. Apartment details were emailed through before departure and the staff, although not on site, met us to allow access the first night and were helpful and efficient. Welcome gift in the room was a nice touch. I would stay here again.

A pretty central location

Close to the airport and a 5-10 minutes walk into Krakow which is lovely. The apartment wasn’t as clean as I’d hoped it would be, but was a good size and had everything you would need including kitchen equipment etc. Specification said queen size deluxe apartment but got a smallish double and the apartment was not deluxe but for the price it is very reasonable. I probably would stay here again due to the ideal location.

Good location but not clean

I really do not want to be too horrible but cleanliness was a BIG issue, the bedding had blood stains on it (absolute disgusting), windows dirty, you could hardly see through it, dirty towels behind the bed, the non-smoking room smell of cigarettes badly,I do understand that the apartments are hired out regularly but for the price paid I expected much more, in order to compete with similar properties in Krakow a lot has to be done, no on to the good things: location, good facilities: washing machine, hair dryer, hoover, iron all were very useful.Good communication form the beginning of the booking, lovely and friendly lady who dealt with us,

Everything was good except for wifi, had to switch the router on and off since second day morning. Other than that, location, cleanliness was perfect for its price.

Close to the train station

This is a great apartment, which is only a 5 minute walk from the train and bus station. There are some cool cafes and bars nearby, and the old town square was only a 20 minute walk away. The Jewish Quarter of the city about a 35 minute walk, but a taxi only costs £3. There is also a bus and tram link next to the apartment. We would definitely use again.

Muy cerca del centro. Solo a 5 minutos a pie y la finca y el piso nuevos y muy agradables. También tiene el tranvía justo detrás para una mayor movilidad por la ciudad

Convenient hotel but small room

The room is generally good. The price is fair enough for the quality of the room. However, the room is somehow a little hot. It's quite close to the train station, the old town and stores. As a tourist, it's convenient enough for a few nights stay.

Bra plasert noen hundre meter fra Jernbanestasjonen. Moderne kompleks der alt fungerte. Kort avstand til gode restauranter og andre opplevelser. Stort kjøpesenter på Jernbanen som ligger like ved. Kan anbefalers for de som ønsker leilighet med kjøkken, bad etc.med høy standard.Kostet ca.kr.200.-med taxi fra flyplassen
