Renting this property near the Old Town was a big mistake. The photos provided by the host showed a nice apartment, and despite the high rental price, there were no guest reviews to help set expectations. Unfortunately, the reality was very different.The apartment is in need of major improvements, especially considering the price being charged. The stairwell has a strong, unpleasant odor that follows you all the way up to the fourth floor. The electrical outlet in the living room is missing a secure cover, creating a potential safety hazard. The bathroom is in poor condition, with cracks in the sink, holes in the bathtub, and damage to the bathroom door.The towels were extremely worn and should have been replaced long ago. There was no bath mat or extra towel to step on after showering, and no kitchen towel was provided to dry dishes or cups.I was especially disappointed with the host. When I called to explain the condition of the apartment, it became clear during our conversation that the host does not regularly visit the property and was unaware of its actual condition. My husband and I had booked the apartment for six nights, but we decided to leave after just one night because we were so dissatisfied. We requested a refund, but the host ended the phone call before we could finish the conversation. Later, I received an email stating that our refund request had been denied.Overall, I would strongly advise future travelers to avoid this property. The high price does
