I had the honour of arranging a trip for ten middle aged men to this fine city. This choice of hotel did not disappoint any of us. Superb value - and amazed at the quality of the premises, particularly room 100! Would not hesitate to book again.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Lovely old building. Room 107 was really good, only complaints are that the room was too warm and if you opened the window it was too noisy from the Gentlemen's Club across the road. Plenty of choice at breakfast. Bar lady was very pleasant and helpful as were the staff at reception. In a good location within walking distance of many Krakow sights.

This hotel is in a charming older building, but despite that offers larger-than average, very comfortable rooms. Staff were helpful and courteous. Rooms were clean. Unfortunately, there is a rowdy Gentleman's Club immediately across the street, that is very popular, well into the wee hours of the morning, most nights (including weeknights). It is a convenient walk to most sights in the Krakow city center and the train station. We did not dine there for any meals.

The hotel's location is perfect, just 2 minute walk from the center market and not to far from all the old town attractions. The rooms are big, clean and smell good. the staff is nice. Did not eat in so can not comment on the food.

This is a great hotel in the middle of the city. It is not really big but very friendly and clean and for this price range it is very good value for money. Around the corner you’ll find “beer house “ which is a great micro brewery pub

Booked the hotel originally for one night, very nice staff and amazing bell boy, told front desk if I liked the hotel I would stay for 5 nights she said she will respect the rate, the day after, was a very rude guy in front desk that double the price when I told him my desire of staying 5 more nights, so I book another place( which actually was wayyyy nicer) the front desk man was extremely rude, is asked him if he could give me at least 30 more minutes to do the check out(had an emergency) he said a big NO.. the hotel is nice, but some front desk guy is very rude

The hotel is in a great location close to the main town square and the park that surrounds the historic area. We got a great big room, the staff were so friendly and helpful for restaurant reservations. The only complaint’s I have it was noisy due to its location over a street with bars and restaurant’s, so bring ear plugs and the beds were small. The breakfast was wonderful, worth a stay

Me and my mum stayed at the Amadeus 4/10/17 - 7/10/17. We didn't initially book here but our original hotel was having problems and found us a room here. As this wasn't where we had booked we were in a bit of a bad mood but the receptionist was helpful, put us in their biggest room and offered to phone our transfer and trip companies to tell them we had changed location. The décor is a bit sad and could probably do with some updating however the room was clean aswell as the bathroom, it got cleaned everyday, the bed was comfortable and the shower was great. I had read reviews about the gentlemen's club opposite was loud throughout the night however we were on the second floor and could see there from our window, we didn't hear a peep from the outside. The breakfast was nice and what you would expect to find, sausages, bacon, vegetables, cheese, meat, fruit, bread, yoghurts. One afternoon we wanted a drink in the hotel as it was pouring down which wasn't a problem but it was completely silent in the restaurant, so would of been nice to have some background music. Overall we enjoyed our stay here even though it wasn't what we was expecting, good location and the little map the receptionist gave us at the desk was a lifesaver and really helped us around.

Grim entrance to the hotel, rooms clean and comfortable excellent bathroom. Good hospitality tray. The staff on reception were courteous and helpful. The negative for us was breakfast, the hot tray contained no bacon and only one dried up hard sausage. The bread for toasting was hard and the toaster itself was faulty. We stayed for five days alas there was no improvement, although we asked the staff for bacon etc it never arrived we survived on the eggs. Shame as good in other areas.

We stayed for 2 nights and were very pleased with our stay(room 302). The hotel had a lot of old world charm (much like the rest of krakow)and a very nice bathroom. It was in a great location near a market with shops and food and it was about a 2 block walk to Old Town square. Also not far from the Krakow Glowny main station. I would highly recommend Hotel Amadeus!
