Nice hotel. Great people!

A nice hotel. Not a lot of amenities but the pool is nice. The great thing about this hotel is the people. The staff is very nice and helpful. They went out of their of their way when we had some minor issues come up. This is a newer hotel so they are still ironing out the kinks but I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Bon rapport qualité prix pour cet hôtel qui est plutôt vieillissant et mal isolé phoniquement. Mais les chambres ont été rénovées et son agréables et spacieuses, la piscine est très grande et bien entretenue. Seul vrai bémol: le petit déjeuner ne proposant que peu de choix. Même s'il est isolé au bout d'une impasse, le quartier est sûr.

the hotel is located near beach and many restaurant. i stayed in room with pool acess and it was nice, the room was very clean. staff is very helpful and friendly. hotel owner is also very friendly. i definately come back next year.

Stå på, hvis du får et rom med dårlig fasilitet.

Vi valgte dette hotellet fordi det stod på nettet at dette var et nytt hotell; ellers var det dyrt med 4 stjerner hoteller (det var latterlig når de tok høyere priser enn Norge når Thailand er et lavkostnad land). Vi fikk et hjørnerom som er stort men uten wifi og dårlig TV_signal. Vi klaget til resepsjonen men det var lite de kunne gjøre. Alle rommene var fulle og wifi var kun på fellesområdet, sa de og beklaget på en høflig måte. Senere når vi satte oss ned på fellesområdet og surfet på hotels.com sin hjemmeside, der stod det at det skulle være gratis wifi på rommene. Vi forlanget å få penger tilbake og skulle sjekke ut neste dag siden det var lite de kunne gjøre for oss. Da fikk vi bytte rom med en gang! og det nye rommet hadde både wifi og god signal på TV-kanalene. Har aldri opplevd noe frekkhet før. Ellers er bassenget stort og herlig å svømme der. Et stort problem er at mange kinesiske gjester som bode på dette hotellet. De tok ikke noe hensyn til andre, de slamret med dørene mange ganger når de gikk inn og ut av rommene sine og snakket høylytte. Kinesiske stod opp tidlig, vi våknet av lyder fra dem helt fra kl. 06:30. Helt forferdelig.

Bo INTE där!!

Måste först ge några plus!! Rent och fräscht och stora rum! Mysigt med pool utanför dörren! Sen ALLA minus!! Trots att det är två veckor sedsn nu så ryser jag fortfarande vid minnet och blir galet arg på hur det var!!! Det var så lyhört att du trodde de som bodde på hotellet satt och skrek i ditt öra, när de i själva verket var på andra sidan hotellet! Nu tror ni jag ljuger, men detta var vår värsta hotellupplevelse någonsin och kunde slutat i skilsmässa om den inte avbrutits efter fem sömnlösa nätter. Man hörde som sagt ALLT vad andra gjorde och sa, även om det var normal samtalston. Så somnade gjorde man vid ett två på natten då hade folk kommit till ro, detta kan jag köpa, vi är liksom inte hemma.... MEN halv fyra VARJE natt kom ett busslast med folk. Denna skara visste inte var normal samtalston var utan skrek gormade och slog i dörrarna i två timmar innan de kom till ro. Halv sju på morgonen var den lilla lilla lugn som varit någon/några timmar över och ett stort gäng gick upp på frukost. Samma liv, dörrarna lät som någon stod med grytkok bredvid vår säng. Så bara å gå upp.... Klagade..... Fick till svar: ja vi ska säga till dem vara lugna..... Nästa natt samma Procedur... Dock hade allt som sagt hörts även om folket hade smugit in, så lyhört... Vi gav många kr natten för vårt rum och det fanns inget i hela Ao Nang att rymma till då vi inte ville bo i sovsal och inte hade råd med nått för flera tusen. Så när vi fick nog efter fem nätter åkte vi från orten, tyvärr!!

Paukkuvat ovet ja huutavat aasialaiset

Yövyimme poikaystäväni kanssa hotellissa 4 yötä. Hotelli oli siisti ja uima-allas alue oli iso ja mukava. Uima-altaalla sai olla rauhassa. Siinä olivatkin ainoat hyvät puolet. Hotellin henkilökunnan kanssa oli vaikea kommunikoida, koska he eivät pahemmin ymmärtäneet englantia. Hotellin seinät olivat kuin paperia, kaikki äänet kuului käytävältä huoneeseemme. Aasialaiset turistit huusivat ja paiskivat huoneiden ovia keskellä yötä, enkä tästä syytä saanut nukuttua neljän yön aikana juuri ollenkaan. Hotellin henkilökunnalle ei voinut mennä valittamaan, koska he eivät olleet paikalla. Hotellin aamupala oli mielestäni yksipuolinen. Huoneessamme oli muurahaisia. Hotellihuoneen suihku oli tehoton.

Super pour 2 -3j tres vien situé

Hotel tout neuf avec encore quelques manque (table de nuit) mais rien de grave! Tres propre piscine extra petit dej tres correct. Bref a recommandé pour 1-2 jours sur aonang
