BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I'll go with the good side first- this hostel/dorm is quite clean. Now to the bad experience I had.. The receptionist is VEEEERRRRYYY to the top RUDE. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was thinking maybe jus a "bad day probably for her", but then the next day still unprofessional and she talks like she's irritated when you ask her questions (e.g wifi). As much as I wanted to recommend the hotel, I don't think I will ever book it ever again. If you'll stay in Krabi for maybe 1 night not talking to any of the staff asking for help, then maybe.. But the staff is just RUDE. Good thing I immediately left the next day. Anyway, I hope the management will improve their service.. I mean, it doesn't cost anything to be nice.
