Counter staff didn’t explain regarding the property, no elevator, be prepared to carry your luggage by staircase. cockroach At the sink drainage. Toilet drainage has uneasy smell. Excellent staff who were so nice and helpful. Hotel is in a great area - walkable to the beach and loads of good restaurants very close. We were upgraded to a larger suite (as a family of 4) that was at the front of the hotel. It wasn't quiet by any stretch, but that's not the hotel's fault. You can thank the kitted-up scooters that race up the main stretch at 4am! The plus point for being at the front was the excellent balcony with room-allocated tables and chairs. Makes for a lovely place to sit amid the hustle and bustle of Ao Nang without being at street level. The reception staff were super friendly and helpful. We didn't use the pool at all so can't comment, but the top floor restaurant is lovely and offers a great view of Ao Nang. We really enjoyed this hotel, more so because we came from another hotel (closer to the front, but terrible in so many ways) so that Phra Nang was like an oasis to us, and didn't disappoint! We booked 3 extra nights directly with reception.

Great Location at Krabi

The best about this hotels is the location, the pictures of the rooms look way better than in person, but it was clean and the size of the rooms are big. One problem was a strong smell of humidity inside the room that will get worse if we dare to turn off the AC. The place is a little updated, the staff is super friendly and they do their best to help you in anything they can. Beautiful beach walking distance from the hotel, plus there is an area close to this same beach that is populated with tons of monkeys. Don´t miss the sunset at Krabi´s beach is one of the best you will ever see. This hotel is on the main street so you will find many stores, restaurants convenience stores, pharmacies and doctor clinics.

Poor service, poor privacy in room.

Didn't even get the double-bed I booked and paid for, instead 2 single beds and a suggestion to join them together by myself... no joke. Mountain view room was a view on the rock wall of the hotel on the 1st floor. And my room was viewable by everybody who'd go to the pool. Everywhere in the hotel and inside the room are constant rule reminders and their associated heavy fines when not complying.

Pleasant hotel, would stay again

I would definitely stay there again. Clean and new hotel. The personal is super helpful and nice. There is a swimming pool in the hotel. We had a room with a balcony: it's very nice to relax in the end of the day on the balcony with a beer in the hand.

Hotel is around 7 mins walk to Aonang beach

The Grand Deluxe Family Room was spacious enough for a group of 4, with a small balcony.(Do take note that there is no lift) 4 bottles of mineral water will be provided for free everyday. The housekeeping was good. The housekeeper was polite and arranged our stuffs neatly. Towels were also folded into different animal designs daily. The washing basin is outside the toilet and the overhead shower head was nice. The breakfast buffet served is almost the same everyday, having 4 different types of egg dishes to choose from too. The hotel is very near to the aonang beach where many tour agencies can be found. Macdonalds and 7 eleven are also at a walking distance. In overall, the service was okay. Staffs do answer our questions. However, when prompted further, they may not be very willing to help.

Hotel is clean, big n water heater is always hot. Daily clean up n towels are place in decorated manner which shows human touch. Only first day Aircon was very noisy In d night. It was rectify the next day and our next 3 nights were excellent.Hotel has tour agency at lobby.We book all our tour package there n front desk will help if there is issue.Just wait at lobby. Breakfast is not good. If u can book without breakfast it will be good. There are many local eateries beside hotel. Mc Donald just 3 min walk.Room good for family.Another critic commented they don't allow 2adults n 2 kids to stay in another suite for 3 pax. Can be annoying as they stick to house rule.This information is correct.

It is a good mid-range hotel for Ao Nang beach area. Room was clean and comfortable, but not 5 star. We stayed at another place nearby for two nights and it was not as nice or as well run for the same price. I would go back here.

Hotel itself is okay but terrible neighbourhood

Good- close to the beach, cleanliness, good hot shower, breakfast. Staff - some nice, some so-so, some not so friendly. Bad - absolutely horrible neighbourhood. There is a live music house right across the street, which plays REALLY LOUD music every night 9pm-2am. If you don't wanna hear Guns N' Roses, Aerosmith, etc etc I advice you not to sleep here, or have good quality ear plugs. Mosquitos in my room.

Great Location, Great shower, Soft bed, Not clean

We were skeptical about this hotel. We took a family room, as there were very few rooms available during peak season. The room size was great. Our view was of the street and Family Mart across the street which made for good entertainment. The shower was wonderful, as we found few places in this star rating with hot water and good/steady pressure. The sheets and towels smelled clean, and the bed was actually a soft bed for Thailand. The A/C worked well and was quite quiet. The only thing that we had complaints about was the yukky breakfast (poor selection, unattractive breakfast setting, renovation noises from next door) and the room had not be thoroughly cleaned (sunflower seeds on the office chair, a feather accessory and paperclip on the floor, and generally the floor needed to have a mop & soap run over it).

内装は少し古めですがビーチに近く、レストランやコンビニが複数店あって、とても便利です。 スタッフさんも親切で、水やトイレットペーパー、タオルを持ってきてくれます。 朝食なしプランでも、朝のコーヒーサービスがあります。 難点は近所のライブバーが夜中2時までうるさいことです。

Overall nice place and value for money. Bit outdated but we didn’t mind. In the middle of all restaurants shops and a short walk to the beach. Family rooms are on the street side so you can’t sleep until 2 or 3 at night due to a bar across with live music, but the hotel can’t do anything about it. Bring earpluggs for a good night rest
