The front desk had my group reservations screwed up upon arrival. One front desk agent told my client she did not have a room. I am the travel agent traveling with the group so why on earth would you tell my client they didn’t have a room. It was very frustrating and the hotel blamed my contracted supplier, Culture Holidays and they in turn blamed the hotel. It was a whole mess. Then on top of that, the room I booked was not available and they gave me a weird shape room with a creepy jacuzzi on the back balcony overlooking some apartments saying it was an upgrade. My clients booked private single rooms and they put them in a suite to share. The restaurant and bar staff was amazing. I will never understand why the rooms don't all have views when the ocean is front and center. I won't be back to Krabi until Centara Grand reopens.
