Overall a great stay. The staff was very friendly, proactive and helpful. They made all the difference. Very service oriented. Our room was large and nicely decorated. There are various dining options in the hotel and down the road. The town is about 10 mins in taxi. The pool area needs some maintenance (rough finishes on the lime stone). Stunning view from beach (sand and some stones)

Very nice hotel right on the beach with friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Overall great place to relax

Hotel is far from ao nang but wasn't an issue as we had a car for the 30min drive. Hotel is nice and intimate and in a forest road but hotel is on the beach. There is a nice small beach front strip close to the hotel with some nice restaurants.

The hotel itself is amazing from the scenery and pool to the beach. It just has a calm and relaxing feel to it all the way around. The staff is extremely friendly and nice. The only (small) downside is how isolated it is from the nearby city. It is a 15 minute drive into the city, otherwise the hotel is your only option. With how nice the hotel is, that's a great option, but it would be nice if it were a little more centrally located.

Beautiful hotel with everything you need (spacious rooms, beautiful pool, and good food). Location is not the best but it was perfect for most of our activities (hong islands are in front of the hotel) and there's a beautiful mountain trek behind along the road (couple of ams away). Getting to the city is difficult (on your way back) so coming from Ao nang (arriving from the ferry to railay beach) can be a challenge.

My husband and I were looking for a super relaxing beach getaway in Thailand and we found it here. I can't remember the last time I was so relaxed and stress free. The resort is not big, but has everything you could want. We stayed for 10 nights and it didn't ever feel too small. The standard 'deluxe' room has a HUGE bed, big bathroom, plenty of space to move around and a nice terrace that I spent several hours on enjoying the warm weather even when it was raining. They have all the usual toiletry amenities and even a small detergent packet which was very helpful to wash a few small things in the sink since we were there so long. Robes and slippers were also nice for lounging around the room. They also provided bottled water for us complimentary - which is nice - we didn't feel taken advantage of having to buy water. The food at both restaurants was very good. Some dishes definitely better than others, but all good. The cocktails were also very good - you could tell there was alchohol in them, unlike at some resorts where they are watered down. They now have WI-FI included in all the rooms, which was great. And the buffet breakfast had a great mix of Asian, American and European treats (waffles, omellettes, beans, mushroom, rice, noodles, bread, fruit, cheese and meats). We pretty much lounged by the pool or on the beach every day. We sunbathed, read and would take time swimming or cooling off in the sea or pool Servers come around to get you drinks or food. They also provide little treats (ice cream or fruit) during the day and drinking water (we only had to pay for bottled water at the restaurants). The different areas for lounging are nice. Both of us took advantage of the spa. The spa prices are not quite the deal like in Bangkok, but the service and convenience of it being on location were worthwhile for a couple visits. We also booked a dive trip at the front desk. The dive shop was great...and so was the diving! We had to leave at 7am to catch the boat, so the resort provided breakfast boxes for us to take with us. It was a great assortment of fruit, breads, cheese and bottles of water. All the staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. We have stayed at all-inclusives in Mexico before and found the overall price and service comparable. Though I thought the cocktails were better much here! Our only 'complaint' is that the pillows were pretty lumpy. That said, we each had two and slept like rocks.
