Located on the highly desirable Apollo Heights village, where fabulous architecture, luxury and attention to detail shine through, this super apartment is located on the ground floor and is decorated and furnished in a modern and tasteful style.
The entrance hallway leads through to the open-plan lounge/dining room, which is attractively furnished with a large L-shaped sofa and contemporary coffee table facing the flat screen TV. !--summary--> The adjacent dining area features a modern dining table and 6 chairs together with a matching sideboard. The whole area has a light and airy feel due to the 3 sets of French doors leading to the spacious terrace.
Separated by a granite-topped cabinet, the kitchen is well equipped with all modern conveniences including electric oven and hob and integrated dishwasher and fridge freezer.The washing machine is housed in a handy utility cupboard off the hallway.
The master bedroom is very spacious and well decorated in coordinating colours and offers a king size bed with matching bedside tables and shuttered French doors leading to a small private balcony. The luxury en-suite bathroom has both bathtub and separate shower cubicle, and "his and hers" washbasins in a marble vanity unit.
The second bedroom also has a double bed, furnished and decorated in similar attractive style and complete with en-suite shower room and French doors to an enclosed patio bordered by colourful plants.
Leading off from the living area, the large outdoor terrace is the ideal place to relax in the warm, fragrant Cyprus air, being furnished with an outdoor sofa and cushioned armchairs. From here one can enjoy views over the beautiful swimming pool with the rugged mountains inland as a backdrop, and also a side sea view. A few steps lead down through the garden to the lawn which is bordered by pretty, flowering plants.
The communal swimming pool is close at hand, and all resort amenities are within walking distance, making this a superb base from which to enjoy the Resort.
