The open-plan living and dining area is attractively decorated, featuring a large L-shaped sofa and modern dining table and chairs. French doors lead to a covered outdoor terrace and private garden. Overlooking the valley and sea, this is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the tranquil surroundings.

The kitchen, separated by a granite-topped sideboard, is well-equipped with modern conveniences, including an electric oven, hob, and integrated dishwasher. The washing machine is housed in a utility cupboard for added convenience.
A corridor leads to the spacious bedroom, tastefully furnished with a double bed. Elegant parquet flooring and coordinating soft furnishings create a luxurious feel, while shuttered French doors open onto a private, enclosed terrace with fragrant plants. The en-suite bathroom is fully tiled and features both a bathtub and a separate shower, W.C., and "his and hers" washbasins in a marble vanity unit.
Additionally, there is a guest cloakroom with a W.C., washbasin, and shower cubicle.
