This splendid 1 bedroom first-floor apartment is in a perfect position is ideal for a couple looking for a relaxing break. Just a few steps from the main communal pool at Theseus Village and a short stroll from the Village Square facilities, it also enjoys spectacular sea and valley views.
The Apartment offers a good sized open plan living and dining room with a fully equipped kitchen. The lounge features a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV, whilst French doors lead to the outside balcony which enjoys superb views.The adjacent dining area is furnished with a modern dining table with four matching dining chairs. The kitchen comes complete with top quality fixtures and fittings and includes all modern conveniences.

The bedroom features attractive parquet floor and fitted wardrobes, a double bed (zip-lock) and bedside cabinets. The spacious bathroom features a bath with shower, vanity unit and WC.
The two private balconies are furnished with sunbeds and outdoor dining table and chairs; perfect to spend some time relaxing in the sun or al-fresco dining whilst enjoying the glorious Mediterranean views!
This lovely property is conveniently within walking distance of the Village Square, with its array of shops and restaurants, the Retreat Spa, golf clubhouse and tennis academy.
Note: Sleeps up to 3 guests, including one child (up to 12 years) on a camp bed in the lounge. One baby cot can be added free of charge.
