The apartments are located in a newly built in 2006 cottage in Koserow with a total of four apartments of different sizes with 2 or 3 rooms for 1-4 people on the edge of a nature reserve in a quiet location, only a good 300 meters from the pier in Koserow. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. All apartments have a daylight bathroom with shower and towel warmer, heating and some additionally an electric tiled stove. The apartments are furnished to a high standard and have south-west terraces / balconies.

Apartment Wellenspiel: The apartment is decorated in a modern country style with laminate flooring and red / brown furniture. The apartment has a bedroom with double bed 160cm wide and a bedroom with sofa bed. The apartment is ideal for small families. The apartment is located on the ground floor of the house. It consists of living room, open kitchen, bedroom and daylight bathroom. The equipment of the wood-colored fitted kitchen is new functional and high quality among other things with toaster, coffee machine, microwave with grill, 4-fold hob, dishwasher, freezer. Large south-facing terrace overlooking the meadows direction Achterwasser.
