This hotel is ideally situated on the outskirts of Kos Town. It sits in its own extensive grounds. We had a junior suite with stunning views of the sea. The Hotel Staff is the hotel greatest asset and we would like to personally thank Votea, Sauviva, Marilence, Christina, Zaneta, Giamis and Thanasis

all quite nice visually if a little tired. the staff were a mixed bunch of friendly lovely people and totally disinterested bordering on rude we arrived on half board and decided to upgrade to all inclusive but after a few days of unappealing but typical buffet food changed our minds i drink very little so unless you want to consume large volumes alcohol its not worth it i did try one mojito that was vile and incredibly strong i took it back and asked what was in it "rum, soda and ice " i enquired about the mint "the kitchen didn't have any" i gave up ! the pool was like an ice bath never experienced a swimming pool as cold! We had booked for 14 nights and was informed that the hotel was going to be closing after 9 . i don't think it was the hotels fault i think that was our holiday company the hotel manager was lovely offered us a free upgrade to all-inclusive at their other hotel as well as a superior room it was a grade below and reviews weren't good but they really tried and it was no fault of theirs. finally got the holiday company to relocate us when it closed to another 5 star hotel

A perfect choice for challenging after the pressure of a business trip. First of all the the hotel has a very big parking, so you don t loss your time. The staff was very kind and helpful. all the places was very clean and you can use the gym. the room waw clean big, with beatiful view.iloved the good quality and the variety of the food.

So my boyfriend and I arrived at about 10:30 in the evening to our hotel being kipriotis hotel and suites, where the receptionist was quite blunt and didn’t give us any information regarding local areas, the poolside restaurants which apparently are all inclusive... but we didn’t know that until our 5th night in. The sky bar you have to pay for drinks, so yet again it’s not all inc. We got to our door on the first night and the door wasn’t shutting or locking properly. The fire door next to our room was always swinging open, which then led to people knocking on our door at random times in the day/night time, mentioned it to reception but they didn’t mind that happening. As we went in October the staff weren’t very attentive, and they didn’t really care for our needs... maybe it’s because they close for their winter.. who knows, lets hope it’s better for others who go in the summer. The shower wasn’t working, and when it did work all the water sprayed onto the floor which wasn’t needed, however they sorted that out very quickly !! The beach 5 mins from our hotel wasn’t the best, dirty, with litter, not a sandy beach if you’re wanting sand. Enough of the negatives, we hired a dune buggy and drove all up in the mountains in which we paid €60 as a couple to use from 8am-8pm at night, we found this place just down the road from our hotel- absolutely great fun!! Paradise beach is near by, where they have floats etc in the sea, but the floats weren’t out as it’s October. We walked 1hr to the lovely old Kos, where they have the most amazing hotels, we went their for a spa morning. There is a bus that we took on the way back which is €2 per person to get back to the hotel. All in all, lovely to get away however we won’t be coming back. Food at the hotel was remarkable though, has to be said!

Had a fantastic week at this hotel beautiful room fantastic view of the sea and mountains. a Absolutely loved the food very clean lots of choice on every meal.We were ultra all inclusive which differs from all inclusive all drinks are included including champagne and cocktails. pools lovely but too cold to use. Excellent bar staff particularly in the main bar reception staff very pleasant and very helpful. Excellent service from all staff in restaurant. Rooms kept spotlessly clean. The only complaint was the very old small tv which there was only 1 English channel. Haven't seen a tv like this in over 10 yrs. We thoroughly loved the time here and we would recommend it to everyone.

the renovated room had a new laminate floor instead of carpet and good quality bedding - apart from that though nothing else appeared to be refurbished, the tv was old and poor quality, the fridge was old and poorly stocked with just soft drinks (3 small bottles and 2 cans), bathroom was very compact - we had to call them to sort out the shower which flooded the floor on first use - there was no evidence of refurbishment in there but it was clean On the positive side towels were changed every day, there was masses of storage and there was a fabulous sea view from the good sized balcony We paid an extra £100 for the refurbished room which was probably not worth it! We also had the 'Ultra All Inclusive' package which meant we could have branded drinks - but you had to specify and watch as they gave you the local brands if you didn't! also we were told on arrival we could book 5 meals in the A La Carte restaurants - when we did we were told just 2 in the evening and 3 lunchtimes. Wine in there came in a standard sized glass, when you asked for more (was never offered) they brought you one in a smaller glass! One comment from a miserable member of staff at the pool bar was those aren't free like these- sorry but nothing was free as we'd paid extra Staff in the main bar were lovely though it sometimes took time to get the drinks and after 8pm it was hard to find a seat. food in the main restaurant was good, it wasn't busy, wouldn't like to be there in peak season though! The beach was easy to access with sunbeams and wind shelters - the beach was pebbly though, you need footwear for the sea! The beach bar was pathetic, only soft drinks in plastic cups and dry rolls

Lovely hotel, clean and tidy. Staff friendly especially the bar staff and entertainment lady Timi. Room cleaned every day and cleaners always cheerful. Indoor pool not heated so disappointed (so obviously no one used as colder than the outside pools). In main restaurant always a good selection of food but the hot buffet food was never hot enough, so tended to stick to soup as this was always hot. As an all inclusive guest we got any drink required icluding premium brands. Beach was just a 5 minute walk, and Kos was a 10 minute bus ride or a 40 minute flat walk. All in all very good week would recommend

After a long day spent traveling we arrived at the kipriotis panorama hotel and suites to what is a really nice entrance and reception where we were greeted by the night staff who offered us a late dinner which wasn't brilliant however we were fed nonetheless. on arrival of our room there was a horrible smell coming from the carpets which made it really difficult for us sleeping. the room itself is not 5*, personally I would give it 3. as there is a TV with a back in it not seen on any TV since 2004 the interior design is outdated by many years. not to mention the curtains. As we were only half board 'which is plenty', we went to a local shop to buy some crisps etc.. on our return we had some and must have inadvertently dropped some on the carpet, we went away and then came back only to discover a trail of ants heading from the crisp on the carpet to the bathroom, I counted well over 40. I then went down to confront the greek lady on reception who didn't even apologize for the fact that there were ants in my '5* room', her explanation to me was that i shouldn't leave food lying around. The cleaners... where do I start one of them made our holiday really difficult to enjoy as we had purchased 2 tickets to travel to Bodrum (don't buy tickets from the hotel, they are half the price at the town!) we then took them back to the room and left them on the table then the next day our room was cleaned when we came back there was no tickets so we asked the cleaners about it and asked if one had maybe accidentally placed them in the bin which the one who cleaned it had no recollection of and apparently 'they can just print new ones', very odd that was, I'm sure you can relate to our trust issues now. That can't be said for all cleaners at the hotel because some of them always said hello and tried to make us feel welcome.... after the ticket fiasco, I approached the reception again to see my 'dear friends', who I'm sure can't be done with the sight of that moaning couple again however this was a matter not only of principle but it was making our holiday difficult to enjoy. I made it clear that i wanted to speak to the person in charge and once i had explained to him he then referred me to his boss who was in charge of all Kipriotis hotels, Michael... this guy made the difference for us we explained our situation and what had happened to which he offered his sincere condolences, a free meal at the triton a la carte restaurant and a late checkout. This guy was a true professional who gave everything to try and help us out, had it not been for this guy then i wouldnt have scored so high. That one cleaner who came to check our room for the tickets didn't bother to say hello to us now but the other one did. We started to notice that our shower gel etc wasn't topped up this was frustrating again. The restaurant, The food is most certainly variable in selection however again it is not 5* quality. the quality of the meat was not great and not very tasty.

We didnt check in til midnight as our flight was delayed,we were offered a sandwich and fruit ,which was very welcome.the staff at this hotel were all very helpful to us,Our room a junior suite with a side view was very nice although the carpet does need replacing.The food was what you normally get maybe not the best and not very hot but plenty of it.The Semei bar was very nice,Zaneta was great always cheerful and made sure all guests were happy,so thank you for a good weeks holiday to you all.

Upon arrival the hotel is lovely, very clean and modern and in fact much bigger than we thought it would be. All the communal areas are kept very clean and tidy and the marble floors give it a luxurious feel. We had a renovated junior suite with sea views, the views are incredible, you can see all the way across the ocean with views of turkey, it's particularly impressive when the sun sets. Our room was huge and kept very clean, bathroom a good size but the shower was weak. The hairdryer provided is one of those european ones on the wall, i would have expected one available to plug in at a 5* hotel so definitely bring your own as it's useless. Generally the staff across the hotel are great, in particular Dimitria from the restaurant was fantastic, we loved her. The Maitre D who greets you upon arrival to the restaurant however, was not welcoming at all, many guests noted this about her attitude, which needs a re-haul. The food isn't great at all, not the worst i've ever had and to be fair they do have a good salad section but the hot food wan't up to scratch. We were on half-board but ate out most nights as the food just wasn't enjoyable. You will always find something to eat but if your foodies like us then this place isn't for you! Breakfast wasn't any better either, again their cold section was good but we steered clear of the hot food. We had lunch at the Triton which was good and also the Souvlaki and more. The pool area was great, choice of two large pools and we always got the sunbeds we wanted every day. The location is good, you can get the bus into Kos town or a taxi is just 9 euros and takes around 10 minutes. Kos is a very small island and there isn't an awful lot to do, perfect for just relaxing though! Overall we had a good holiday, however i wouldn't return to this hotel, I do think if they made a few improvements it could be really good.
