This modern, sun-drenched apartment offers a tranquil residential vibe alongside quick, easy access to the downtown areas. Admire the crisp, contemporary decor and take in the peaceful surroundings. Τhe apartment has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living room, a kitchen and a beautiful balcony. The most of the materials are new and selected one by one to offer you an excellent stay and an unforgettable experience.

My residence is located 60 meters from the beach, 500 meters from the city center and 600 meters from the historical Plane Tree of Hippocrates. This means that all attractions are within walking distance. Parking is easy to find near the apartment, on the road free of charge. The supermarket is 150 meters away and there is a pharmacy right next to it. Countless restaurants and bars, your choices are truly endless, shops and the local market, everything is right at your feet.

Of course the beds are already made-up, with fresh ironed sheets. and a welcome gift will be waiting for you. Furthermore there are clean towels for every single of you.

The whole apartment is fully air conditioned and there is 24/7 hot water.

Nice stay and convenient location in Kos

The apartment is conveniently located near the center in a relatively quiet street. It's nicely decorated and well equipped (a few more proper knives would be a nice addition though). The apartment was quite humid during our stay, but I guess it's a general feature in Kos. The host was very welcoming and patient, waiting for showing us around despite our delay, we really appreciated. Definitely recommended!
