Our stay at the Kipriotis Aqualand was truly enjoyable. It was our second stay and we are sure we will return again next year. The service was impeccable and included the friendly and experienced staff that made our vacation even more enjoyable. The atmosphere was pleasant, the pool and area always clean and spacious. The staff in the reception was very prompt and made the check in easy and fast. The room service staff was great and they kept the rooms clean and tidy. There was a shuttle service that was very convenient and friendly. Last but not least is the food. All meals had fresh fruits and vegetables and great salads, so there was no excuse not to eat healthy:) there was a variety of meats/fish/chicken dishes and an abundance of curbs and deserts. The chef catered to our every need especially that it was a special holiday for us and the dining room manager was super attentive and courteous. It is clear that the manager of the hotel Mr. G. Cares a lot about his guests, the resort’s appearance, his staff’s well being and the overall experience of us returning guests. I over heard a conversation with the chef and a guest that was allergic to garlic and understood how pleased she was with the extra care they took. That’s how it should be but it shouldn’t be taken for granted. We will definitely come back again with our whole family.
Not much to say. Just had a great time, me and my family. I believe it's a very honest deal for families like mine. I regret that I didn't come earlier in the summer. Great place for kids, young and old ones! I will be back!
Bardzo czysty , smacznie , miła atmosfera. Polecamy z całego serca ! Greetings for all animators groupe !! Egho is the boss ! Give s to people a lot positive energy and motivation ! Great fun and pleasure around pool and aquapark ! Recommend from the bottom of my Heart !
We stayed at the kipriotis aqualand hotel in Kos for the second year. A family of 9 people. Like we expected the vacation was a success. We love the hotel the rooms are spacious and clean. The food was delicious and in a variety that fits all. The management of the restaurant from the chef to vangelis the restaurant manager were helpful friendly and we loved them. The manager of the hotel George was abig help. Everything that we asked for was answered and fulfilled. We think that the entire staff has to to be recommended for friendliness ,helpfulness, and quick response to any desire Of the clients. We are sure we are going to come again to this fantastic hotel. Shimshon, Barcha, and the entire Cohen family
On arrival greeted with very friendly receptionists and the nice guy who drives the mini bus with long hair kindly showed us to our room. This hotel is immaculately clean plenty of facilities for families and couples so we didn't feel out of place. The food is outstanding different themed night chinese was our favourite. Egho is the most amazing animation guy we have ever met. He never fails to put a smile on your face and has an amazing positive outlook of life in general. Every day several times a day he would shake our hand and speak to us. Made our holiday very special and couldn't meet to wish I nicer guy. Hes amazing with all ages and I often enjoyed the aqua zumba while he was doing it. Spectacular views from the hotel. We often walked up and down the hill a couple of times a day we are in our 20's so able to do so but I imagine could be difficult if people aren't as mobile but there is also a regular shuttle bus free going up and down all day every day and he is a very nice friendly guy. Plenty of sunbeds to choose from. Would highly recommend mix and match bar at the bottom of the road obviously not all inclusive here but the staff is very friendly and welcoming also the zona club is run by the same family. Buses are easy to use and easy to get around the island. We caught the bus to therma springs would definitely recommend and we did do the zia trip which was nice and also the bodrum trip wasn't for us but if you like shopping and spending you will be fine. We much rather go sight seeing. Not much around the hotel but around a 1 hour walk to kos town or 5 min bus journey. You do have a beach at the bottom of the hill and beach bars. Odd shop about but more in kos town. Considering the thomas cook issue the hotel carried on as normal and we managed to get home ok. Thankyou to everyone in your hotel had a great stay. Great food and also Renato the bar guy was always happy and would speak to you. Hope everything goes well for the future of the hotels and all the amazing staff
Very nice family hotel We loved tasty food ,Wonderful staff All rooms face the sea The hotel is located on a mountain so consider some increases But there are shuttles from the hotel to the main road so don't worry Recommended for the price
I was suspicious about how good the reviews are of the hotel, but the hotel is everything people say it is. The rooms and hotel are very clean. The food is good quality for an inclusive hotel. Location is great, pools are good. Entertainment team are good fun and friendly. If I come back to Kos I will definitely stay in this hotel again.
Aquapark is great and The slide is amazing and me and my family have good time in this hotel, the Entertainment team is brillant, they have all can of activities for kids and adults and the evening mini disco for the kids is great, thanks to egho, curly, lory and santiago, we looking forward to come back again.
For the money we paid could not falt the value for money. The hotel offers large comfortable rooms, beautiful sea views, tasty plentiful food, large swimming pools, friendly staff and a place to make lovely holiday memories. Improvement points - this hotel would benefit from an improved reception area where you could easily create a quiet area for couples to enjoy some quiet time the small bar area could benefit from a beer, wine and coffee machine for quests to help them selves during all inclusive hours. Other bars can be loud with entertainment and kids playing so a quiet spot to sit enjoy a drink and a chat would be a huge bonus. - all inclusive drinks, the bars need to have better menus to advertise what's included and what has extra costs. Been said by many other but the beer is disappointing also at night a larger glass option would go down well with guest instead of small plastic cups. - sunbeds, great that there are so many but they arnt the most comfortable of things, an upgrade on them would be a huge bonus. Thank you to the hotel staff for giving me and my partner and baby daughter a fantastic holiday, I hope the collapse of thomas cook doesn't impact your business to much and that we have the opportunity to visit your hotel again
I'll try to give my honest review from my point of view. My friend and myself booked this week long holiday pretty last minute at a really good price, £440! Arrived in the dark so didn't know what to expect and couldn't wait until the morning to get our bearings. We we in room 1118 and the views we super, sea view across to Turkey. The room was large, comfortable and spotlessly clean. We befriend our cleaner and tipped her and she left us fresh water every day plus extra coffee, sugar etc. We found the food fabulous! My friend lived the desserts (a little bit too much lol) Food always piping hot, tasty, and good quality. Neither of us are fussy eaters but even if you were I think you'd never go hungry. My favourite night was Asian, sushi heaven! The pool area was always clean with plenty of shade and sunbeds, never struggled for either. Drinks were very disappointing though. Poor quality and not much choice (I like a cocktail which were €6 each!) Good job I like wine which was ok. Staff were great, reception staff really helpful. We enquired about keeping our room on as we had a late pick up. We were asked to check again in the morning as they couldn't guarantee it. We popped in before breakfast and the lady remembered me asking the night before, had checked and yes we could, fabulous, full day sunbathing and no stress. The price you pay for the views is the fact your way up thr hill. We thought it may be a problem but the courtesy mini bus up and down was great. We went onto Kos Town (€1.60 for a ticket from reception) and it was gorgeous! We loved it! Lots of shops, bars and history. The entertainment is definitely geared up for the kids, we only went once, just wasn't our thing but we were more than happy to sit with our wine having a natter. Overall we loved it, had a fab week and we would definitely return!
