Wir haben nicht die Unterkunft erhalten, die wir gebucht hatten. Wir hatten für den ersten Tag eine Unterkunft erhaltenen und mussten dann am 2. Tag in eine andere umziehen. Wir mussten alleine ca. 100€ an Parkgebühren bezahlen, obwohl es explizit ausgewiesen war, das die Parkplätze kostenlos sind.
