The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located in the seaside district of Kołobrzeg, in a new apartment building at Spacerowa Street 2. The apartment building is equipped with an elevator. In the building, for an additional fee, you can use the sauna. There is also a closed bicycle room on the premises.
The facility provides privacy and the possibility of walks in the nearby parks and green areas. A great advantage is the location, because the apartment building is located only 600 meters from the beach, 700 meters from the PKP train station and 700 m from the pier.

The area is well developed, so you will find everything you need near the apartment. In the vicinity you can find numerous retail and service outlets and restaurants.
