Oceanview condo with 3 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths and AC throughout

Enjoy captivating ocean views from this spacious 3 bedroom, 3-1/2 bath condo, where you can relax with spectacular sunsets on the lanai.

There is air-conditioning throughout the condo, and you can control the temperature in each room individually.

Our condo is on the top level so you won’t be disturbed by neighbors above. On the main floor is the updated kitchen, living/dining room, a half bath/laundry room and oceanview lanai. Also on this floor is a 50inch Smart TV, free WiFi, and Bluetooth speakers.

All three bedrooms have en suite bathrooms with showers. On the second floor, the master bedroom has a California King bed and a 40 inch smart TV. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and the third floor has two twins that can be made into a king. All the bedrooms have vaulted ceilings, TVs, and air-conditioning.

The clifftop complex is designed for fun and relaxation with a swimming pool, jacuzzi, & tennis/pickleball court. The barbeque area has 2 grills and the grounds are studded with tropical flowers.

Close to the condo is a wide variety of shopping and dining experiences. Two of our favorites are Kukui'ula Village and Old Koloa Town.

Nearby there are many beaches to explore. Walk east to the world-class Hyatt and Shipwreck Beach, west will take you to Poipu Beach. Snorkel with turtles and parrotfish, ride the waves, or just hang out at a gorgeous beach. Have fun!

Great location with view of ocean. Unit was perfect for our group of 5 adults. The 3rd floor bedroom is very small and more suited for children, but our adult son managed fine. Washer & Dryer in unit was a big plus as with beach chairs and coolers. Well stocked kitchen allowed us to prepare meals and save on eating out everyday.Communucation with Liz was easy. Wonderful condo! We were there celebrating my dad's 80th birthday so the three rooms with attached bathrooms were perfect for us. The top floor room is smaller and the bathroom is tiny but my husband and I stayed in it and since we are small it was not a problem. It could be for people over 5'6" though. The only thing not working was the ceiling light/fan in the upstairs room. Additional fans were available but the room was dark with only one lamp. We were all very happy!

Great location and beautiful property. Family of 5 adults with one toddler had lots of room and loved the pool. Property management also called to ensure we had received the Tsunami warning! Amazing community of condos. This one had ample air conditioning. Itvis on 3 levels. The lani has beautiful ocean views an pool views. The property around the cindo is amazing with views and its owe blow hole. The pool was great. Parking on site was close to the unit but not too close. Having laundry on site was perfect. Three andcahalf baths for family groups was great. Kitchen was well stocked. We stayed 7 days at this location amd loved every minute!!!

The property was absolutely stunning, from the views to the amenities (pool was amazing!) to how close shipwreck beach and other places were. Each room had air conditioning and great natural light. There were only two drawbacks: first, the stairs. To reach the place, you must go up two flights and then there are an additional one to two flights within the condo. (2nd story has 2 bedrooms, 3rd story has the two twin beds). If you have ANY mobility issues, this place would be very difficult. Also, the AC vent was on the balcony which meant hot air was continually blowing making sitting outside uncomfortable once it was past morning. Communication with leasing agent was easy and
