Beautiful views right on the water

Beautiful apartment and views of the ocean were PERFECT! Only a 5 minute walk to the beach and the interiors are accurate to all the photos. Loved that we had a washer / dryer to use during our stay! Would recommend to anyone staying in Poipu & the hosts were very kind and accommodating wherever possible.

Million dollar view

The from condo balcony is priceless. Enjoying the view AND being able to see so many turtles! The walk to poipu beach is so convenient!

Amazing

There were a few minor issues but it was clean and comfortable. The lanai and view is utterly amazing. We enjoyed watching the sunset from the lanai. Would definitely return to this property.

5 Stars for location, 3 stars for accommodations

Location/view is amazing. Condo is similar to staying in a budget motel due to be dated / uncomfortable / kitchen missing key items. The Condo is privately owned and managed by a large corporation. We learned from the management company that ownership has recently changed and there are plans for future remodel. Until then, know that there is very little privacy in this condo as all of the doors have slates instead of being solid. Sounds / voices move easily between the 3 rooms. The twin beds in the 2nd bedroom are overly used and extremely uncomfortable. The pool and bath towels are limited, small and thin. Bed linens are well used. On a positive, air conditioning has recently been installed in the 3 rooms and all living / dinning room furniture appears newly added. The king mattress in the master room seems new as well. Suggestions for future guests - bring a few of your personal beach towels. You will want something of better size and quality during your visit. If you plan to cook meals during your visit, bring a few items from home such as salt/pepper as the kitchen is bare and ingredients are expensive on the island. As noted by an earlier review, the kitchen knives will not cut through a lemon or pineapple well. During our visit, we did reach out to the management company of our struggles with the Condo and were told future changes were planned so please try again at a later date.

Thank you for this lovely stay at your VRBO resort! Location is amazing. Everything was pretty fabulous with the exception of the dishwasher (did not work) and the knives were too dull to cut most anything. I would have loved to have complimentary tea/coffee machine available for usage too. Otherwise, everything else was spectacular! Mahalo

Incredible location

You’ll fall asleep to the sound of the surf crashing against the rocks. The location is stunning and the unit is clean, spacious, and modern. The overall experience was excellent.

Great stay in Poipu

The property was clean and comfortable. It’s situated right on the water so you can’t beat the views. Our only complaint was that the kitchen knives were completely dull and unusable so we had to go buy one. Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and we will be back in the future!

Great location but avoid unit was very dirty

The location of you are amazing however the unit is very dirty and worn. The master bath had significant amount of mold between the toilet and shower. The carpets needed cleaning and the plastic plants had a lot of dust on them. The kitchen was lacking some basics such as salt and pepper. We stayed in other units at this complex that were worn but clean. I would avoid renting this unit.

Gorgeous view right onto the whales and turtles!

We had a great time. The unit even had snorkeling and boogie boarding gear we could borrow, and you couldn’t beat the location. I wish the pool were on the ocean side of the property, but we spend most of our time at the beach or whale watching from the balcony, which were both awesome. My kids found the sofa very comfortable.

Ocean front with a view that stretches forever!

Communication with property manager could have been better. Older, but very clean, property. I would estimate it was built in mid-to-late 70’s, but that is strictly a guess. Rocks directly in front of condo, but Brennecke Beach was a 10-12 minute walk. Shipwreck Beach was in the opposite direction from Brennecke Beach, but it was too rough was us. Decent restaurants within 10-15 minute drives, but the normal dinner times fill up quickly, so make your dinner reservations well in advance. No A/C wasn’t an issue with the front bedroom, which faced the water and caught the oceans breezes, but the secondary bedroom was warm, even with the ceiling fan and the floor fan on high. I would probably look for a unit with A/C if I were to return at the same time of year (September).

The location close poipu beach was nice to be able to walk to the beach. 2 bedrooms with twins in one of them was perfect for a family of 4 and 2 bathrooms is always nice. the view to the pool and the waves crashing against the rocks was incredible

The condo was nice and you couldn't beat the location. We watched turtles from our balcony and listened to the waves crashing on the rocks. A short walk to Poipu beach. Just beautiful.

Awesome!

The place was fantastic! View from lanai was just the best. Saw many whales. Even saw 2 full breaches. Close walk to Brenneke and Poipu Beaches which were lots of fun. Really awesome waves at Brennecke. The place was wonderful.
