This was a perfect location. The pool and beachfront were perfect. So many turtles on the shore. The service was great whenever we needed something. Overall a good experience.

Very disappointed

My husband and I are very disappointed in the service of this company.We let them know beforehand that we would not be able to go on our trip because my father was in the hospital in icu. They made three separate reservations so we understood about the first reservation being canceled and nonrefundable but the rest of this day they continue to keep our money which and still have not refunded one penny.We have all the paperwork to show how long my dad was in the hospital that I was there the entire time that I flew in two days before and that I stayed there and didn’t come back to New York and they still refused to give me a return any of our funds at all

Best Place in Kauai

I have stayed a few other places but this is hands down the best place to stay with friends/ family in Kauai. The beach was beautiful, the pools were amazing, and the room was clean and very useful. 10 out of 10 for me and my family!
