Poipu 3BR condo, A/C, 2 pools, 5 min to beach

Welcome to Sandy Palms Regency in Poipu!

THE CONDO - REGENCY 120
This extravagant 1,438 square foot condo sits in a private resort with two pools and hot tubs. Each of the three bedrooms is very spacious. We fell in love with the high ceilings, spacious floor plan and garden views, and we hope you will too!

POOL RENOVATION NOTICE (October 25 - November 25, 2026)
The pool next to our building will be closed for replastering from October 25 to November 25, 2026. During this period guests may hear intermittent construction noise from saw cutting, demolition and tile work. Pool 2 and the Poipu Kai pool remain fully available throughout, and we have reduced the nightly rate to reflect the temporary inconvenience. Mahalo for your understanding!

Best of all, there's no missing out on the action. The condo's location provides easy access to the pool and BBQ area, and the beach is an easy walk away (5 min to Brennecke's Beach, 10 min to Poipu Beach). Located on the second floor, the condo feels very private and you don't need to worry about noise from upstairs. Stay cool with the air conditioning or open the sliding doors and enjoy a soft breeze on the lanai. We provide the pool and beach toys so you can focus on the fun!

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
- Master suite: king bed; master bath with double sink and walk-in shower
- 2nd bedroom: two twin beds; the second full bathroom with walk-in shower is across the hallway
- 3rd bedroom (upstairs loft, open to the living room): king bed with an adjacent private powder room

FAMILIES
For small children we have a travel crib, changing pad, kid-friendly utensils, sand toys, beach chairs and a beach umbrella.

LOCATION
Stroll down the lush greenbelt to Kauai's best beaches (Brennecke's Beach, Poipu Beach Park and Shipwrecks Beach). Located in the heart of Poipu, spend the day snorkeling, swimming, exploring the tide pools and watching the sea turtles - or just relax on your lanai. Self-parking is complimentary.

RENTAL CARS
We also have a few minivans and SUVs available for rent on the island - ask us for a quote once your booking is confirmed.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

This place is a gem. Clean, with thoughtful amenities (such as the charger on the nightstand and sand toys for little ones). A short walk to Poipu Beach. Easy check-in and out. The host was kind and easy to work with. The hot tub every night was icing on the cake.

This condo is exactly as advertised: spacious, clean, modern, and stocked with everything from beach towels to spices. The beach is a quick, beautiful walk through the garden. The pools (three of them) are each uniquely delightful. The trade winds and plentiful windows keep the condo breezy, and the AC cools you off quickly as well when you want. We used the AC at night and when we were packing. We enjoyed coffee on the lanai every morning to the sounds of all the birds. Dominika is an exceptional communicator and we will be back.

Great Location and Condo!

Perfect getaway with our family of 5. Close to the beach either walking or a few minute drive. The condo was clean, comfortable and spacious, had a well stocked kitchen and had boogie boards, chairs and umbrellas. The owners were great and very responsive. I’d definitely stay here again! Also if you play tennis bring your racket and balls, there are plenty of courts and pickleball courts as well. I sadly didn’t bring my racket, but next time I will!

We have 4 children and frequently travel to fun little surf spots in search of chill family time, outdoor adventures and great food! This hit the nail on the head! The condo was perfect for us, very spacious, had everything would could have possibly needed and more. Communication and booking was easy and pleasant. As far as a family-friendly spot, unbeatable! Great proximity to the pool, quiet for our napper, close walk to the beach that we really enjoyed. Super low-key, comfortable, felt like a home away from home! Mahalo!
