We were extremely satisfied with our stay at Garrya Tongsai Bay. The staff are all extremely friendly, and no ask too big. Room spacious and clean, with a fantastic view of the bay. Facilities and the resort itself are of the expected quality, and lived up to expectation. I would highly recommend a stay here, and will be returning again soon.

Garrya Tongsai Bay Samui is a good property, very ideally suited for a quiet chilled holiday for couples or someone with young kids. Firstly the good things - Staff is very helpful and always willing to go the extra mile. Rooms are nice, sizeable and tidy. Pool and beach area is quite good. The not so good things are - limited dining options, its the bar and one restaurant. If you want anything, you need to get into town by a Grab. Parts of the resort are getting old and worn and need renovation. Last but not least, the bartender makes the worst cocktails, he really needs lessons on how to make decent cocktails

This resort is perfect for relaxing. The views are amazing and the beach water is like a pool. There is limited restaurants within the resort but there is a shopping center like 15mins or more restaurants 10mins away (driving). The service within the resort was exceptional!

Everything you need and want to do on island is here! A gorgeous property with amazing service and amenities. We loved all the activities and special events. I highly recommend a room with its own pool and outdoor bath. We enjoyed the massages and just relaxing every day so many people we met on property where repeaters and we hope to come back soon too. Do yourself a favour, stop browsing and just book this hotel. It is absolutely wonderful - we had the hillside villa with the pool and it was stunning, tucked away and private with the most amazing hot tub/bath and pool with a sea view. The whole place is nestled amongst nature, the beach is beautiful and quiet and you really get the sense of blending in with the natural environment. The facilities - spa, both pools, gym - were excellent, never too crowded and really well maintained. The restaurants were good quality - shout out to breakfast buffet in particular. Sure, the food and the spa are more expensive than going out to eat locally but nothing crazy. We were able to leave the resort and head to the nearby towns / villages easily using Grab/local taxis. Really what makes this place special though is the staff. From the warm welcome through to lots of little, personal touches throughout our stay, we felt well looked after. All of the staff were wonderful but special shootout to Kookin, Noey, Pang and the gentleman who does the Muay Thai classes (one of the best things we did in our whole trip) for really putting a smile on our face. Can't wait to come back again.

Beautiful. Very friendly, kind, and servant attitude. Entire staff. They bend over backwards for you. Difficulty communicating with some staff due to broken English. Food was great-massive spread- (but I did eat something that made me sick- like raw fish maybe-but I’m not even sure it was from the hotel and not outside ) eve fire show was amazing! A title disappointed with our excursions-like scuba trip-thought it was private but ended up with other people. Maybe just a communication issue. Another day trip was totally private which was great. You need to be prepared to walk up/down as resort is on a hillside. However, they will come and get you in a cart with a phone call.

Amazing location friendly respectful and helpful people we will definitely come back . We have been pumped by everyone in the hotel and felt so special . Breakfast and restaurants were excellent especially the smiley lady making fresh juices every day !!!
