Paradise beach resort, is just amazing. They have renovated a lot of rooms. which also gave you privacy with the little jungle garden. such a peaceful place to calm down after a stressful job. I love the breakfast, they made me fresh eggs every morning without ordering because the staff recognize thir guests quite good, i was really surprised the service they deliver! Great Job to the staff, all of them and a special one to Laura and Andrin, they pamper their guests better as u can expect in a 4 star hotel great job. I definetely will come back even for one of the best steak in Ko Samui. Its definetely a great place for holidays with more than enough sunbeds, cleaned facilities, nice beach and a menulist with a huge various of thai and international food. Thank you Paradise Beach Resort !!

We were on Samui 6 days before we found PBR. Our first stay was in a Bungalow on the beach about two kilometers from Paradise Beach, nice, but at that point the weather was not with us. So much of the charm of sleeping on the beach was lost by a regular KABOOM as the surf hit the beach. We surfed H.com and B.com, finally found a good deal at Paradise Beach. We went to look at it before we booked, and were met by receptionist Han, who really knows what his guests are looking for! We were sold at once, a really nice meandering path between the blocks, with local garden landscape and ponds and pool, very charming. The rooms are clean, with lots of space for luggage, clothes etc. Our room had seen some action, but generally speaking, it was fine and comfortable for the price. A second pool area overlooking the beach is also very charming. The beach area is raised, as the sea almost comes up to the resort. Really nicely appointed open restaurant area, with great views of Koh Phanang. First day at the resort, we met Ben, the resort manager. Pleasant and well mannered, he made us feel welcome, which is always a plus for us. We find resorts often to be impersonal, this was not the case. Must mention Andy and Laura, two very polite and professional members of staff, who make a point of talking to all the guests personally during their stay, asking about your stay, sorting out any problems you may have and giving local advice. Breakfast buffet was excellent, nice polite service from the local staff in the restaurant. All in all, a place we would gladly return to!

We had such a good time in this amazing Resort. The stuff was very friendly, authentic and in a good mood. The Manager Mr. Lehmann by himself took care about our wellbeing what we really appriciate. Our Bungalow was very clean and newly renoveted. The whole resort complex is well kept and the food is just fabelous no matter if we ate thai speciallities or others. We will definitly come back.

Paradise beach resort, is just amazing. They have renovated a lot of rooms. This time i booked a bungalow with a private beach, which was amazing. The Restaurant is just located at beachfront. Food is very good although I prefer going to town for dinner. The Bungalow is spacious, comfy and clean. It has its own terrace with a lovely sofa. You literally feel like being in paradise. Furthermore, Ben the Manager remembered me from my last visit in August. Which truly surprised me! Will be back!!!

well located and attentive staff made this an enjoyable budget friendly stay. Free shuttle service - comfortable rooms and decent restaurant. Han was a great communicator and helped plan trips. All the staff were friendly and attentive

We are actually in the hotel now for a few days. Everything is wonderful, relaxing and clean. There are two large pools, one near the beach, the other in an oasis of calm Rooms are nice, slightly in need of service though, but clean and large, with a nice terrace. Terrace door very hard to open, but not surprised after all the rain they have had recently. The mini bar very low prices. The breakfast is great, enough choice for everyone. All pastries are covered against fllies! Coffee excellent, and friendly bar staff. We have eaten lunch and dinner there and food good. I did find the chicken and avocado salad a little lacking (was supposed to be toasted pumpkin seeds, and they were missing) Very little avocado, chicken though tender and lots of fresh salad leaves. We will absolutely be planning to return to this hotel. We visit kou samui every couple of years for 2 months.

Good resort, on the beach. Rooms were specious, very well maintained, staff was courteous and helpful. Restaurant and pool well located close to the beach, excellent view. Few problems due to which not giving five star rating, breakfast not very good, chef needs more training to cook eggs. Water mixing system not good for shower, the cleaner forgets to change beach towels and change water glasses. Still highly recommended to stay at the price advertised. If you don't mind staying away from the city center. They provide free bus service to the Chewang beach and fishermen village

Had booked here without realising the horrendous floods Koh Samui was experiencing (Jan 2017)! We'd planned to have a relaxing five night stay at the end of our 2 week Thailand holiday. We were quite disappointed on arrival, due to the weather and the fact we didn't feel our room was a 4 star standard. Reviews and pictures I'd seen suggested the hotel was "luxurious". Saying that, we had a quiet word with management to express our disappointment, and we were upgraded to a pool side villa which was much nicer! Would definitely recommend to book one of these! Following that the trip was very relaxed. Mae Nam is a quiet area and there aren't that many restaurants around. We made friends with the Lemon Bar on the top road. Lovely guy called Ton works there with a pool table! The hotel also provides free shuttle to Fisherman's village which I'd thoroughly recommend! Much more going on there in terms of restaurants, bars. We went on a Monday night when there was a night market which was great! The breakfast at the hotel is also good. Beach beautiful but had pretty much washed away while we were there. If you walk left you can walk up to a sandbank when tide is further out in afternoon, there a few beach bars/ paddleboarding opportunities etc. Overall a lovely stay thanks to upgrade, just disappointing weather!

Great hotel, just outside the fisherman wharf. Breakfast was good, rooms cleaned and new towels everyday. Good food at the hotels restaurant, it's about a 20 mins walk into the main area where restaurants and bars are, about 300 tbh each way.

All staff from management to service clerks very friendly and helpful. Beautiful surroundings (garden, beach area and 2 Swimming pools), Free of charge shuttle bus from Hotel to nearby town was very much appreciated.. Uschi & Kurt from Switzerland
