One of the best.

What a gem of a place! Right from the start communication was prompt and precise. Addy was so sweet and helped us out with taxi services and lent us umbrellas for the rain. There was also construction at the property (there’s always construction everywhere) so she upgraded us from the 3BD to the 5BD suite no charge, and a free late check out. 5-10 minute walk to lots of restaurants, the beach, and two convenience stores. Laid back location away from the craziness of Chaweng which is only 20 minutes away. We went there once and didn’t need to again. If you want a nice beach, nice pool, good food, and relaxing beach holiday this is the place.

won't recommend as it is a private property.

We stayed in Jun 2019, it is a private property used by owner as "Holiday Home". Property is 8 yrs old and not in a very good condition. It needs lot of renovation. Seems owner has put it for rent to cover "running cost". Would highly recommend to choose other properties near the beach example : Sala Resort. They have free wifi (kind of advantage) and satallite channels but overall we would rate it 5/10. No good furniture, pool not clean (1.4M), breakfast all same everyday (they send someone to prepare bfast), aircons are noisy, old cutlery all used. no free airport transfer (charged : 500 Bhat one side). Addy (manager) she is really nice and helpful but owner really does not care much of property, seriously discourage to stay to in this property until you want yo have villa experience. OUR FIRST AND LAST STAY IN THIS PROPERTY AND WON'T RECOMMEND MY FRIENDS.
