There is a very spacious, communal outdoor BBQ area which you can make use of, if you would prefer to cook outside and enjoy the cool evening ocean breeze, and soak up the beautiful sunsets this villa has to offer.


INDOOR LIVING
Stepping foot inside the villa you will be greeted by the instant feel of class and relaxation. The furniture is of the highest quality, altogether adding to the chic interior and luscious finish.

The large indoor open-plan area features a western style kitchen with breakfast bar, coffee maker and fridge freezer, with full cooking and dining utensils. The kitchen and dining area can easily cater for 6, with additional stools seated at a breakfast bar adjoining the kitchen.

The living area offers a big sofa and armchair, a large 65 inch flat screen TV installed on the wall, where guests can enjoy hundreds of international TV, sport and movie channels, on demand.

BEDROOMS
The villa offers 3 king sized bedrooms which are situated on the top floor. Each featuring their own en-suite bathroom with rain shower, WC and wash basin.
The master bedroom features a large balcony, table and chairs, overlooking the private infinity pool, with spectacular views into the Gulf of Thailand ocean - a beautiful spot to enjoy a morning coffee.

The entire property is furnished to the highest quality for maximum comfort throughout, all indoor areas fully integrated with air conditioning and ceiling fans.

Villa ‘Cara’ is located in the most prestigious and peaceful area of Koh Samui; Choeng Mon Plai Laem Soi 7.

The villa enjoys panoramic views of the Gulf of Thailand and the neighboring islands of Koh Som, Koh Phangan, Angthong Marine Park and is located next to the famous Sixth Senses Luxury Resort.

Also please note:

· We don't charge any general taxes
· Airport pick-up - one car only - (but not the airport transfer), house keeping, pool and garden maintenance are included in the rental price
· 2 cleaning/week are included into the rental price. If you require daily cleaning or any additional cleaning, we'll organize it for you - you will need to pay this directly to the service provider
· Electricity will be charged extra upon usage, 8 baht kilowatt/hr - This is common practice in Thailand
· If you require any additional services like Thai cooking or baby sitter, please let our Villa Manager know and she will organize it for you (you will need to pay this directly to the service provider)
· As usual, we are charging a SECURITY DEPOSIT to avoid any damages. The security deposit is 10,000 THB (or 300 EUR/USD) The security deposit is payable in cash at check in to the The Villa Manager who will give you the keys and show you how everything works in the villa.
You will get back your deposit deposit amount, when leaving the property and handing back the keys.

NO NOISE, LOUD MUSIC AND PARTYING IN THE VILLA
Whilst we want you enjoy your time in the villa, we are asking you to respect the privacy of others and respect our neighbors. Please do not play loud music after 10pm as guests with children often stay in the neighboring villas.

NON SMOKING POLICY
We are asking that our guests respect that we have no smoking policy in the entire villa. If you want to smoke, you do so outside on the patio area, please.

To many shops and restaurants: 2 км (Choeng Mon village)
To Chaweng shopping mall and supermarket: 8,4 км
To the fish and vegetable market: 3,2 км
To minigolf: 2 км

BEACHES:
1) Samrong Bay Beach/Secret Beach, is only 500 steps walk from the villa. This is a small and quiet beach, also used by the Six Senses Resort's guests.

2) Melati Beach and Thongson Bay Beach are approx. 1,3 km from the villa. These is smaller but very beautiful sandy beaches.

3) Choeng Mon Public Beach is approx. 2,5 km from the villa. This is a long, wide and very nice sandy beach.

It is not necessary but recommended to rent a car or moped.
