Lovely room in peaceful resort

Nice sized room with big bed and lovely balcony. We had a fridge and good tv which was great but the air con didn’t get very cool and WiFi was patchy in our room. Breakfast and pool were nice and we loved only walking 5 minutes to the beach. Although the resort was peaceful there was a lot of noise from the bars across the road until around 1am each night.

Lack of English would be okay.. but if receptionists doesn't understand even one word I don't really see the point of that person being there by herself..... also hotel condirmed that they will do something special for us but nothing was done when we arrived.

The hotel is lovely, big spacious rooms, fresh breakfast and the location is great in between Chaweng and Fisherman’s village! However the hotel could be kept better, it is a bit tatty in areas, also staff not as helpful as I would have liked. The pool bar was never open either!

This property needs a lot of maintenance. The pool is out of action so there is no swim up bar or any bar at all. There is no restaurant except for breakfast.

Staff is lazy and service is slow. Mixed up room booking and services, took us forever to check-in. I didn’t know a five star hotel would require guests to specifically request for change of towels in order to provide that. And when we asked about the excursions the hotel offered, the staff simply made us follow her to the tour agent across the street, left us there and let us dealt with the agent directly

The Staff is soo friendly! We arrived at 12 and didn‘t have to wait till the proper check in time which is 14.00 we could straight go to our room! The Breakfast was really good and got fresh fruits everyday! The Hotel itself appears to be a little bit older, the poolbar isn‘t used anymore and the sunbeds are really uncomfortable but the big sofas are great. The Beach is just around the corner and i cannot stress enough about how great the stuff is! It felt like home! We stayed 6 Nights and i highly recommend this Hotel :) Best Regards and thank you again!

This hotel has the potential to be great. The main swimming pool is beautiful. the kids play centre lovely and a nice gym. The rooms are lovely too. However there are a few things that need to be improved. There was only 4 umbrellas around the main pool and it was super hot (unlike the picture shown). So more shade and chairs need to be provided. The chairs were not that comfortable either. The breakfast was ok. Sometimes cold (staff forgot to light the warmers under the hot foods). The day time reception staff where not overly friendly and quite abrupt. The grounds staff and cleaning staff were lovely however. I found the beds really hard and our room was only supplied with two hard pillows. After two days of not sleeping I found out that other rooms had 4 pillows so I requested another 2 and they were soft and delivered immediately. Our room was also supplied without a hairdryer and mosquito coil but other rooms had them.

LOUD AF, don't stay in the pool villa

Stayed at this resort for their private pool villa and it was close to the pier for diving excursions. This area is quite quiet compared to other parts of Koh Samui. But at nighttime, there is a nightclub or disco across the street so music is blasting until 3-4AM. I wouldn't stay here again, the pool needed maintenance for sure as the jets wasn't working and there was so much dead bugs, leaves and rubbish in the pool. The filter lids was loose and when I requested the pool cleaned... the cleaner took 3 hours, and just removed the lid instead of fixing it, so it left me with a big hole in the pool. It's such a shame considering the room was very nice and their room service was good

It was clean and quiet considering the location. Rooms were nice, spacious, clean and comfortable. Clean linen, good amenities. Breakfast was ok, a little on the light side for choice though. Resort occupancy was down so it was very quiet.👍 Close walking distance to beaches, shops, cafes, bars etc. If back in Samui, definitely consider staying again.

My stay was the worst thing can happen to a turistas!!! When I arrived to the hotel they asked me to put a deposit of 2000 bht.. when I checked out they tried to give me a fake money!!!! This is the worst hotel I have been!!!

Customer service was absolutely non-existent, especially the front lobby and the restaurant side. The staff were all rude and they either pretended they couldn't speak English or they just couldn't be bothered with us. We were never shown where to have our breakfast and when I asked whether the hotel provided free shuttle service, the response was a sales strategy to promote the local taxi service. This joint should NOT and NEVER be a 4-star hotel, it's a disgrace to other 4-star hotels I had stayed with. If you are looking for a budget sort of hotel from the usual luxury ones, do NOT pick their Pool Villa - both pump/filter did not work until the third time of visiting the lobby. By losing my temper and ruining my holiday mood in doing so, they eventually sent someone to replace the pump. However, replacing the water pump didn't fix the state of the water, so we thought - we waited for half a day to see if the water would become clear and the smell would go, but the yellowy colour and smell remained until the day we checked out (3rd day after repair). Not only was the pool unswimmable in, beyond the pool was an unused old pond encompassing all Pool Villas, which is a breeding ground for mosquitoes. All in all, this place was a flipping nightmare! Your life will be the same again!

Bit tired but lovely hotel. Rey friendly Staff but most really struggle to understand very basic English - such as when you order something off the menu - we sent breakfast back each morning because vegetarian had meat in as a matter of course - but they can usually find someone to help. Breakfast buffet was cold as no heaters lit under dishes. Pool needs attention - bit of a green hue to the tiles. We enjoyed our stay though and it’s a perfect location

Best Hotel Environment and Staff!

I need to give my full appreciation to this hotel and the staff here. The pool access room and the facilities (gym room,swimming pool, buffet breakfast) are great. The staff are very helpful and cheerful, especially the reception lady. We encountered a flight cancelation in the last day and she tried here best to assist us to contact the airline. Apart from these, the hotel location is good too, it only take 20mins to Chaweng or Fisherman's village. This is the best hotel experience in my life. Thank you so much.
