Staff in office not nice,place is old and run down, far out of the way you must have transportation to get around, the do have a very nice private beach , we stayed in their apartments, not the bungalows 2 floor , no elevator , I don’t know how the bungalows are! Samui is a beautiful place !

If you stay here, you must eat at the restaurant 3 minutes walk away called Sabai Sabai. They honestly deserve a michelin. We ate here 4 times during our 3 night stay. Feels like you are in a warm thai lady's home and she is cooking for you. staff are very nice at the pinnacle and was honestly suprised at how nice the pool and bungalows were

Location was ok, hotel next door to a industrial unit, rooms are a little tired need a refresh. Pool and beach are lovely. We found the hotel staff not as welcoming as the thai people always are. Wgen you walked through reception they just ignored you and when asked for a towel as there was only one in the room it was an effort for them to get one. Bar staff where always on there phone rather than cleaning up after people gave eaten or finished drinking. It was ok for the price but stayed alot better for the money

I enjoyed staying at Pinnacle as i was given a cabin close to the pool and beach and breakfast restaurant. Breakfast options were good. There are other restaurants nearby if you wanted a change though. The tourist info lady across from reception was brilliant in organising excursions and taxis.

The staff is very pleasant and helpful, very smooth check in and checkout process. The grounds are very average, upkeep at the pool area could be better. We were in the hotel block of rooms and the room condition was not great, it could definitely use some improvement.

The resort it self was ok, but location is remote, not much around there, and a lot of stray dogs roaming around the resort kind of sketch ,the restaurant is over priced, hard to communicate with staff they do not speak good English can only book taxis at high price, anything else you have to book with thai lady across the street at least she spoke ok English

Great place for vac.and value for money.

I stayed here for a short vacation for 3days 2nights tgen i felt it's not enough. Located right on the beach; beach itself very nice and clean with soft sand; complimentary breakfast is great with lots of choices; staff is very friendly; very peaceful and relaxing resort. The pool also great views. The lomprayah pier in a 5 minute walk from the hotel. I’d definitely stay again and would stay longer as it’s was very peaceful and staff were excellent.

The hotel is very nice with good breakfast and rooms in good condition. Many squirrels are around the hotel and also in the rooms! Actually, there were 80% German in the hotel but all very kind. You´re definitely right here if you´re looking for an easy holiday without any distraction from out- or inside. But if you´re looking for a village or even town I´d rather go to Chaweng with a nicer beach and really good restaurants as well as shops.
