The room was a good size and the bathroom very clean & well decorated. The staff were lovely, very attentive and the complimentary shuttle to the train station is a great service. Beautiful hotel and well maintained for how busy it was. The room was incredible with unobstructed views of mt Fuji. I bit far from town but a free shuttle bus provided transportation to nearby shopping and restaurants. The FujiQ was right next store so if you go to the park it’s very convenient.
