An outstanding place to stay, without any hesitation. Place is culturally opulent, room was spacious, spotless and very comfortable. The most outstanding feature was the service Friendly, obliging and always willing to assist. What a pleasure it was to stay at this hotel. Always will leavev fond memories particular as the last place to stay before going back home. Thank you.

Staff were the best aspect of this hotel. Each and everyone from F&B to front desk, door men to the shuttle car drivers everybody was super helpful and friendly. In terms of the room slightly on the smaller size and not as much storage space as we would like (not enough to have 2 large suitcases set up). Cleaning was satisfactory but not great shower door doesn’t look like it gets cleaned and both mirrors had smudges that remained there for my full 3 day visit. As I said overall a good stay but room for improvement around cleaning aspects.

I have only good things to say about Port Muziris. The airport pick-up service was fast and easy, the staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were extremely friendly and helpful, and the room was very clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend the hotel.

Amazing service, food and facilities. Highly recommended. Only observation is that the treadmills in the gym don't seem to work continuously. They conk out after a few minutes. Overall, though - excellent experience before a long international journey. Really helped me to relax and rejuvenate before traveling.
